1 ★ 200 years old Functionality. Can't recharge online on my own and have to go through local operator only. Lost his number and call center can't recharge nor provide his number. If you want to give local operators comission, divert it from my online payment. But, remove my dependency on him.

1 ★ The app is just for name sake, you can't even raise the complaint ... It's been months whenever I m trying to raise the complaint, it ended up with network issues. One of the worst app with worst team

1 ★ Very poor service for last two days my internet is not working and I have been trying to call customer care and it's not even connecting. Please chose other operators over Hathway. Hathway is full of so much hassle can't even explain. No coustomer service, won't even allowing to login into my own account, none of of service numbers work.

1 ★ Hopeless App. We don't get OTP even after so many attempts and spending lot of time. This is happening since long. Why can't Tech Dept try themselves before releasing for customers?

1 ★ Latest version asks for login each time we open app. Worst app, worst cable TV service by Hathway. Packs are very expensive than before with very few channels. STB has very bad UI with frustrating options. Many channels can't be favorited. Also, can't directly go to a channel that has 4 digit no. like 1134. Dear, TRAI,DoT, & beloved GOI, thanks for torturing cable TV users just like you did during demonetization. This new framework is just to help private people, industrialists.tis is a big loot

1 ★ Employees are busy scrolling Instagram and avoiding calls in office. I wish I could just simply share the whatsupp chat with the employee not at all supportive toward customer I have been complaining, calling but the employee basically doesn't give a damn. The worst cable services ever not at all responsible they only calls customer to take up the money that's once u do recharge or pay subscriptions money Don't expect any employee to pick up the call or solve your any kind of issues.

1 ★ I am disappointed this connection..because they not provided proper service.after installations they will not receive ur cl and won't be reply ur sms and mail..really it's worst of money.otherwise internet is good...

1 ★ Payment fails when i choose upi and also with other mode money gets debited many times and payment fails and i have to wait 30 mins before next payment.

1 ★ One of the worst apps.you must hire a good set of software testers and perform proper quality audits .your app has some critical bugs and payment issues.

1 ★ since 6months I am able to recharge through online. Today that application has come out and it's asking otp,which I am not getting the OTP. I need your support to get the OTP and make online payment. this is very bad experience since I am trying to make payment morning 7:30 onwards.

1 ★ very very worst experience , can not log in at first go itself, it asks again and again to log in...and why it is asking OTP for every login?? and that OTP doesnt come in time..just sick of the services they are providing😤

1 ★ Worst experience twice my money had been debited but transaction had been failed. They don't even refund nor the customer care is active.
