1 ★ I've tried my iPad and now my droid turbo phone and it won't work on either. I cannot scan the fruit snack boxes. My daughter was pretty disappointed. Please fix!
2 ★ Won't scan my product. Scanner does appear to be trying to scan other things. As soon as I put the product in front of the camera, it stops.
