1 ★ The local Airtel broadband customer care's people in my area have provided me with a router that lacks essential functionality. This "faux" router is preventing me from utilizing the features I signed up for. It's hard for me to comprehend how such a basic feature like blocking or pausing devices could be omitted from the new router. If this is true, and the new routers indeed lack these features, then it raises serious concerns about the quality of service being provided.

1 ★ Now the performance is very disappointing. Even with active plan and data balance, often the net speed is too low to even open the phone. While chatting through this app I get a disappointing reply suggesting to recharge again. It doesn't even have an option to directly talk to the company executive. I am editing my rating and review. Giving one star.Looking to change the connection to other company

1 ★ I had a frustrating experience with the Airtel Thanks app. The package selection is poorly organized, making it difficult to find what I need. The app doesn't allow me to choose specific channels, and the customer care service has been disappointing, often hanging up without resolving issues. Overall, a frustrating and unhelpful experience.

1 ★ Horrible, most worst app ever. Till date, I have been unable to do or make any changes to this app. What information you click, it reopen the thanks app, you open the same app againg and again and singn in / log in but no use at all. Only you can pay your monthly bill, without any problem. And after paying your bill, you will get 10 -12 sms asking you to pay your bill. Crazy 🤪

1 ★ Airtel is better than any other service providers , having said that there are some areay where airtel also needs improvement. App is ok, but if for some reason consumer wants to close its connection. Airtel has made sure that customer will find its very difficult to do it. Ethically I thinks it's very wrong and Airtel as a company should learn to respect it's consumers

1 ★ Because I can't rate this app in negative. You can't get hold of customer care. Even if you start chating it abruptly closes very often and you have to repeat all your queries again. They don't help in resolving the issue, rather waste your time. For being Airtel customer for more than 14 years, I think it is high time to start switching to better services.

5 ★ The app's interface is not only visually appealing but also blissfully devoid of intrusive pop-ups, unlike the jio app. Having immersed myself in this user-friendly experience, I find the login interface particularly enchanting with its seamless and entirely automatic process. I wholeheartedly recommend everyone to indulge in the pleasure of downloading the Airtel Thanks app.

1 ★ 2024: app is still very problematic and difficult to use 2019: data balance is not refreshing if i pull the screen down and release. i have to go to data balance page, click refresh and then it will show updated balance there. then have to come back to home screen and again refresh the page by pulling down to reflect the updated data balance. earlier this much difficulty was not there.

2 ★ Everything works just fine but recently I've been getting a issue that my data gets consumed too early and I get messages like I've used 50%,90% of my data although my mobile carrier shows that I've just used few MBS, my wifi isn't available these days but I my pack includes 1.5GB data but I don't know where do they all go?? I'm really furious about this issue, it's causing me too much convience. I hope they fix it soon.

1 ★ The app is completely useless except for recharge notifications. The bot just provides a set of options and it just restarts the router and says it has been optimized. But it just works for very few cases. There is an area and a card with a link to raise a complaint but it just says broken. Very bad experience and unable to contact the customer service as it is not even getting connected past the automated voice. Searched for a complaint mail and every link I click just leads to this app.

1 ★ Based on input from Airtel team. I performed data delete and cache delete. Reinstalled App still when I go to the section to try upgrade my plan for broadband it shows upgrade to new version of the App. Really pathetic experience as pay bill option also never works. The upgrade plan option is not available on airtel website so I am stuck.

1 ★ I had the worst experience with Airtel recently. The connectivity was abysmal, with frequent drops and no signal in many areas. It's incredibly frustrating when you rely on your phone for communication and can't even make simple call. It's disappointing when you pay for a service that fails to deliver. I wouldn't recommend Airtel if you value reliable connectivity. Worst network ever experienced......

1 ★ Still not get any reason to change my opinion as earlier as slow network speed and now they are sending messages about getting 2gb free data frequently 1-2 times per week with a link attached on it and when I open the link it always shows "look like you haven't got any coupon yet or coupon expired". At first I frustrated so much but now I laugh whenever I got this message from airtel. What a poor online service by them.😂😂

1 ★ Abysmal Experience. The whole team that worked on this app and it's damn interface should be fired. I've never seen an app this incompetent and bad at doing what it's meant to do. For example - I wanted to set data limit for individual members of my family plan, and this app keeps redirecting me between the same two pages OVER AND OVER AGAIN. And don't even get me started on the Support Chat Bot cuz it made me want to rip my hair out.

1 ★ Most useless app ever seen. I can not even manage my router/wifi with this app. It is always showing that restart the router and nothing happens with that. Apart from this their router connection is also very unstable in my area, they cut off the net every next day by saying that they are trying to solve some sort of problem which even does not exist.
