1 ★ Terrible customer service and app, we were not credited with points from our stay at M Social Phuket because the booking was in my partners name. They would not credit his account and I had to send multiple emails, first told site was under maintenance then told points would be applied only to be told later that no points would be applied. Misleading rewards system and terrible customer service. I would not recommend
5 ★ Best hotel ever. Dead Head central every 4th of July. ⚡💀⚡. RIP MyMillennium, you have served the Grateful Dead community with class. I'll miss my annual trips there for sure. God Bless The Grateful Dead 🌹💀🌹
1 ★ The most useless application for hotel points redemption. When you want to redeem the points,the receptionist will tell you that you should receive the point when you checked out but you didnt receive any point. Then you contact customer helpline to the application the will ask you for the confirmation number. This application should get a reward for being the most useless application👍.
1 ★ Can't view any rooms and the scan function doesn't work
1 ★ Can't get past the t's & c's page. Instructed to select 'continue' but there is no such button.
