PASSWORDS AND ACCOUNTS - If you’re having trouble signing in or accessing your account on the app, your password may have expired. Follow these steps to reset your password:
1. On the easyJet app Home Screen menu, click the 'Reset password' link and enter the email address you used to register.
2. We'll send you an email to that email account with instructions on how to reset your password.
3. You can now use your new password to sign in. Note that if you are currently signed into the app, you must sign out and then sign back in with the new password so that you can be reauthenticated.

3 ★ Can be Extremely frustrating! New password again? .. oops.. should be one way not return..oh..have to start all over again! ..choose airport- first letter, second letter, third letter.. surely IT can do better than this..???

2 ★ When making a booking you get to the end and it says account locked reset password, but doesn't save details so have to start again. Extremely frustrating.

5 ★ App is so easy to use, always fly easyjet, prices are competitive, plane,s and crews are great, fuss free flying!

1 ★ If you want to get COVID-19 fly with easyjet. You can keep asking gin and tonics and food so you dont have to wear a mask. I had the most shameful and frustrating experience. People not wearing masks and the staff not doing anything about it because they say that people can eat and drink as much as you want. Then people keep drinking and eating the whole flight in a cramped space without any security measurements. Really bad easyjet, really bad

5 ★ First class but would like to see covid test as part of check in - £10 antigen test then queue to check case in and if negative you can go to security check and start trip

1 ★ Been a terrible experience.. Lots of error messages and had to uninstall and re install at one point.

1 ★ Always stating my account is locked and have to change password. And resetting password doesn't work. Just have to keep resetting

3 ★ sometimes when making a booking, you have to log out and in again, otherwise error pops up when you hit passenger details button
