1 ★ Not sure about app,I'm new to this app,but sign in to start free trial,does not work,seen this on Wilson's detailing channel and I figure give it a try,but,problems with login,tried 2 times not for me,sorry.
3 ★ Seems I've had better experience than other android users. Works well majority of the time. Couple little things don't ever work. When I input vehicles manually, I choose, year, make, model, but adding the color never stays. I have to skip the color input step, multiple times. Only after adding the Vin and stock number, and then add the color, will it stay. Thus I have to do unnecessary steps, multiple times. Vin scan works 80% on door jamb's but only 50% on windshield QR codes.
1 ★ Extremely Disappointed! Was not told that Google Chrome HAD to be a thing for online payments. Had a couple customers ready to pay and couldn't. Was then given the option for a WALK THROUGH over the phone or to have my account terminated. I told them to terminate the account. It was still in the early trial period and was told I would not get charged. Well.... received a charge payment for the app. Got robbed.
5 ★ I love this app! I originally started a car detailing gig and used mobile tech RX for a few months. I ended up working for a yacht detail company so I deleted my app. Now I've just started up my own boat detailing LLC and this is the app I'll be using. I love everything about it. The ability to use before and after pics for boats would be a nice improvement. Thank you mobile tech RX!
