1 ★ Really annoyed with this camera and its app. You have to create an account when you join (not usually a problem). I was using it in the kitchen to keep an eye on my dogs while I was out. Threw it in the bin when I found out it had been hacked (it was scanning my kitchen but I was the only one with the login details!). Forgot about it until today when I found the login details by chance... Now I find that I can't delete my account and all their placeholder Web page does is direct you to the app.
1 ★ Have two cameras with this app. One we used constantly. Kept getting errors saying cannot connect to server. Then I reset the camera and now I can't even get into the app anymore. :( It's a bummer because I like to keep an eye on my girls to make sure they are getting to sleep. Had this camera for 3 years and second one probably 2 years. I know they will work if I have to connect them elsewhere. Anyone know if they have an ip to connect to locally?
2 ★ It worked great for the first 2 years or so. Now it won't stay connected for more than a few seconds before you have to shut the app and restart it. Now it says it is only supported on older devices so I would have to carry 2 phones around with me to monitor my child!! So disappointed as it was a decent amount of money we spent on just the camera!
1 ★ I had no issues for 5 years and just this month it says could not reach server and when attempting to login via app and online, reset camera and uninstall and reinstall app...it still continues to say cannot reach server or camera offline. Hope the developers read all their common complaints. PLEASE repair or update the software
1 ★ Developer's answer "The ME app is now a discontinued app and is no longer supported. The ME platform was replaced with the Hubble platform a few years ago now, and the older cameras are not compatible with the newer Hubble app. As the ME platform still works and customer with cameras could still use them we kept this running so customers could continue to use their current cameras. We are able to offer a replacement Focus85 camera, at a discounted price of £30.00 including P&P to a UK address"
1 ★ STILL NOT WORKING ????? WHY did it stop?? Like every one else just stopped working a month ago and always says CANNOT CONNECT TO SERVER no longer can anyone use their cams ? I have had 2 of them a couple years now .suddenly stopped working the same day . I have mailed the cam company and the app ..
1 ★ The service just stopped working. Even blocking local access. The new service/app just dropped support for the Blink-1 cameras and rendered them useless. I used to love this in spite of its deficiencies. Could you just please tell us how to keep using the Blink-1 offline at least??
1 ★ I own 3 Motorola Blink 1 and I use them to watch over my kid, now I could not logg-in to my account, it keep saying that it can't reachs server !!!? Please fix this issue
1 ★ worst app ever. won't connect to monitor everywhere server, home wi-fi or even stand alone because it requires connecting to the monitor everywhere server. Total rip off. Negative 5 stars would not get even close to how bad this is. looking for substitutes.
1 ★ software USELESS!!! Worked when I bought the camera. had to reset camera due to a router change. now software cannot connect to Motorola servers. its been this way for over a month. can't use camera because I can't set it up
1 ★ worked good until. my phone updated. keeps saying this app was bulit for an older android phone and may not work on your phone. check for updates. there's no updates yet. so it doesn't work now
1 ★ Camara is only 2 years old and we can't use it anymore because the app don't work anymore. STAY AWAY FROM MOTOROLA
1 ★ Lost connection to the server, monitoring through wifi is only available when sitting in my room close to the camera. Two way conversation wasn't ever possible. Website is not accessible anymore. Totally waisted money!
1 ★ This app sucks after numorous installs and uninstalls it keeps saying cant connect to server check internet...not a damn thing wrong with internet or wifi..this app sucks balls
1 ★ This used to be the best monitor ever. Now it says is for an older android version so im not able to have it in any of my devices. The developer needs to make an update ASAP.
