Issues Resolved:
- Fixed an application crash that occurred when switching between instrument in the group view (android versions >= 8.0 only).
- Fixed an issue where app data would not be cleared even after re-installing the app.

Description
• REAL-TIME ALERTS: Combined with a Safety io Grid subscription, remotely monitor a fleet of ALTAIR® 4XR or 5X gas detectors in real time. See current readings, alarm status, calibration status, send evacuation requests, and get complete historical records for the fleet of detectors. See https://www.safetyio.com for more information.
• CALIBRATION RECORD: Check the status of the last successful calibration and email or save a PDF of this record for digital documentation.
• SAMPLING MODE: Take repeated atmospheric samples and email or save a PDF of this information for digital documentation.
• CONFIGURATION: Make quick changes to instrument settings to ensure your instrument fleet are set with the correct configuration.
App permissions
MSA ALTAIR® Connect 1.7.0 APK requires following permissions:
Allows applications to connect to paired bluetooth devices.
Allows applications to discover and pair bluetooth devices.
Allows applications to perform I/O operations over NFC.
Allows an application to write to external storage.
Allows an app to access precise location.
Allows an app to access approximate location.
Allows access to the vibrator.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
Required to be able to access the camera device.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.
Permission an application must hold in order to use ACTION_REQUEST_IGNORE_BATTERY_OPTIMIZATIONS.
Allows an application to read from external storage.

3 ★ I've used it remotely monitot readings on an Altair 5X. Good app, just wish it could be turned off. I have to uninstall the app each day after using, or I get constant notices that the instrument is disconnected.
