5 ★ Amazing product and wonderful delivery. I have been using their A2 milk since more than a year now. We have not had any complaints and their team takes feedback in very constructive manner.
5 ★ My Neighbour recommended Haribol A2 milk. I use it in my protein shake after my morning exercise. I have noticed my energy levels stay high throughout the day compared to other milk that I was using. Also, I used to feel bloated earlier but now I don't feel bloated after having my shake. Delivery service is also regular.

It's the same milk that goes to their kitchen, so my family has been very happy to get this milk everyday for our kids. We are very happy with the milk and overall service. 5 ★ For the past one years we have been making our own ghee with Haribol A2 milk. My son is two years old and my mother-in-law makes the ghee, which is superb in taste. We trust Haribol and want to give the best to our kids. Haribol has truly a blessing.
1 ★ Really the worst customer service ever got. First they ask for pre- payment and then do not deliver milk even after multiple follow ups. When asked to refund the money,there was no proper response for more than a month.Tried to contact the support with every possible way, call, whatsapp and email. Finally after a month of several follow ups, got connected to one of the executive (Ruchita) who initiated the refund and it was processed after 7-8 working days. Haribol needs to improve a lot.
5 ★ Full marks for quality but last month for around one week their service was very poor. But we trusted ISKON for their purity and continued. Now it has improved a lot and comes on time.
5 ★ Using Haribol products from last 3 years... using their Milk and Bilona Ghee products (I don't think I can switch to any other ghee...I am fully hooked), I have recommended it to many of my friends as well! Very satisfied with their service as well. In late 2019 I remember their service was not upto the mark but since 2020 they have more than made up for it.

1 ★ After updating an app now not able to login. Not getting an OTP. Multiple time done the same.Even tried resend OTP BUT not able to login
5 ★ Consulted my doctor and he suggested to start Haribol milk. I have been consuming their milk for 3 months and I am happy customer. Delivery is also on time.
