5 ★ This app is so easy to navigate & use! I love having the option of selecting emotions to describe my mood for the day. I really like the interactive questions when writing about a problem I'm experiencing (you can choose between 3 different entry styles & this option is under classic). I honestly feel as if I'm sharing my thoughts with a therapist or a trusted confidante when using this app. Which is a first, in all my many, varying experiences w/ online journals or diaries. *free version*

5 ★ Really fantastic way to challenge your thoughts, super simple and intuitive to use. Delivers exactly what you need it to. I love how you can pick multiple cognitive distortions, and there are little quotes underneath to help you understand them. Honestly tried a bunch of these CBT style apps and this one is my favorite by far. I have only had it for a few days and I already feel like my mindset is getting better.

5 ★ Absolutely impressed! This app checks all the boxes for me! It is aesthetically pleasing, organized in a pleasant fashion, it includes great information on so many important aspects of CBT, the check in entries are even organized in a way that makes it simple to sort out feelings and jot them down. Never have I ever started a dairy or self progression/self help app before and came back more than once. Worth every penny! 10/10 have recommended and will continue to! Best of lucky to all!

2 ★ High hopes, lower lows. I hoped that the app would give me a solid platform for CBT without carrying my notebook around. The initial results were okay but soon after the app was just repetitive loops with poor guidance and odd questions like "want to expand on that? Fill in a Title and a Body". If you have the cash, I recommend The Anti-Anxiety Notebook (TherapyNotebooks) instead. You won't feel as taken advantage of

2 ★ The old version was so easy to use, you simply added a thought the same place as you see your previous ones - a simple + button on the single Entries screen (as shown in the store image). Now it's a convoluted mess! Devs, what actually changes when you choose compact vs standard vs classic? For me I don't see anything changing. I just want that + sign back!

4 ★ Good app to track moods. I got this so I could better understand my mood triggers. I like how you can select an activity you were doing when a particular mood struck, but I wish these activities were included in the Insights section (i.e., what type of activities have I been involved in when I recorded x mood?). Also wish the journaling prompts were a bit more in-depth beyond just "what's another way to look at that?". Overall good. Not perfect but good.

5 ★ Informative, useful, and easy to use for someone like me with depression and ADHD. There are no ads, but its only a 7 day free trial then $59.99 per year. The guided journals are the most helpful part. I really appreciate the way they take each question step by step through analyzing my thoughts and each question brings me closer to a positive mindset. I highly recommend this app in conjunction with therapy for working on any mental health issues.

4 ★ I found this app advertised on Facebook and it sounded like exactly what I had been looking for. I've been using it regularly for a few days now and really like it! Haven't seen a single ad since I started using it & it has never crashed or failed to open for me. You have to use it for 3-4 days before you unlock Insights, that show you patterns in your self check responses. If I keep using this another day or 2 I'm going to get the subscription. Spotify is the only other app I've paid for!

3 ★ I liked it until it crashed after 6 weeks and wouldn't open and show me my entries. Definitely regret that I so diligently and daily kept track of my patterns, only to have it lost. Should have done it on paper. I deleted the app and reloaded it, but I don't know if I'll keep using it what is the point if it will just crash. I liked it up until then

4 ★ Using the the free version. As someone who has used CBT a lot this app is easy to use. However I think it could do a better job helping you identify and challenge thoughts. Thoughts are hard to pinpoint so I feel the calls for you to identify them need to offer more support on how to do that. Overall very good app and easy to navigate. Does a good job of keeping easy to access records. I also think the free version offers plenty and the pro version looks worth it.

4 ★ I find this app to be very useful to use alongside my weekly CBT therapy sessions. It's handy because I always have my phone on me so I can easily track events without hoping I remember later in the day to write it down. One thing I would love to see is to have the 'return' button skip a line instead of going to next segment. Basically, I wish there was a way to organize thoughts in more of a list format rather than a massive thought dump.

2 ★ Cloud sync does not work between devices and since I'm paying for this, it should work. I just lost an entry because I accidentally backed up the wrong device that didn't have all the entries, and then restored that back up to my device that did have all the entries, thus deleting my most recent entry. I realize this is my fault, however, if cloud sync worked properly, I wouldn't have to manually back up my entries and risk losing them through the same mistake. Plz fix this.

5 ★ I've been looking for a mood tracking app for some time and this is the best quick check in app I've used. I just wish there were a widget. I appreciate the flexibility of how check-ins are entered and that the tasks can be customized. I do wish I could reorder the lists faster, rather than moving things up or down one level at a time. I like the positivity and encouraging introspection, though haven't had much energy to use them, just seeing them is good for now.

5 ★ This is a great, simple tool for keeping a thought record. I love that it includes distress scales and cognitive distortions list. It would be improved by adding descriptions of the distortions, as well as a tutorial on how to use thought records. Export function is also great for sharing with a therapist. I have begun to use this with my clients and all positive reactions so far.

5 ★ I have been using the free version of the app for about a week. I am really enjoying marking my overall mood and my specific positive and negative emotions for the day. The journaling feature is great too. Then the guided questions at the end help me reflect. I think there are only 2 of those reflections available on the free part of the app. If I am consistent with using it everyday (which is easy because you can set reminders in the app), I am thinking about buying the annual version.
