3 ★ It's okay for managing my own record. However, I can't manage my teams time off from the app which would be useful as I spend a lot of time commuting and deal with issues whilst travelling on the train. Also, I am unable to change my email address which is really annoying as applicants always email the wrong email address.
5 ★ Love it ! Super convenient, easy to navigate, I literally use this app a couple times a day for various reasons . I have all my work info in one place . Would highly recommend to anyone !
3 ★ It's an ok app, but the only critical feature that they are missing is the showing of the hours that you have worked...
1 ★ Since the update, there is no option to select the day/time for leave. Just a blank screen. Even reinstalled the app- nothing!!
5 ★ Very nice app, no need to struggle, everything is just easier, when applying for leave it's just simple. I like it.
3 ★ Useful but not the best I've seen. No bugs that I've noticed. Has no dark theme so it hurts the eyes when using in low light conditions. Plenty of information available. Largest issue is any major use has to be done via the website so the app is limited to information access only and limited functionality. Practically defeats the purpose if an app.
2 ★ Notifications don't work on Android version of the app for years. When somebody requests a day off or something, you receive 0 notifications. I tried to communicate with support, but that didn't help. Please fix this
3 ★ App kinda sucks. Can't get to my check stub on my phone. When I open my pay stubs on a computer it does not have enough info on it. And it treats me like a 12 year old. I don't need to know how high a stack of dollar bills would be if cashed my check. Way Lame!
2 ★ Doesn't clock me in or out most of the time. Realized today I can't find the request time off button anymore.
1 ★ I haven't even been able to log into the app because it says my password is wrong and won't send me an email to change it.
1 ★ I keep getting this geolocation error message when ever I try to punch in (samsung A11) can you please fix this problem
3 ★ 2-step verification is more miss than hit. It's locked me out on my work laptop, doesn't send codes to my work phone, doesn't like Microsoft Authenticator (have to use Google Authenticator but my workplace doesn't have Google email accounts), the QR code won't scan, 2 messages sent from the website haven't been answered and so far nothing my manager has tried has worked 😕
5 ★ easy to use and can do the things needed to apply for time off and PTO.. thank you
5 ★ it is extremely convenient. you can keep track of the hours you work. it keeps track of how many vacation days you have used and how many you have left, and it makes it so much easier to turn in time off requests to the company.
1 ★ It sucks. Not user friendly for people that are on call 24/7. Put hours in on off time andvthey dont show up. Dont know if i am screwed out of them or what.
