Description
Organic Law 4/1983, of February 25, of the Statute of Autonomy of Castilla-León, was approved by the Cortes Generales on February 25, 1983. Unlike other territories in Spain, the statute has not been endorsed for its ratification by the citizens of the autonomous community neither in its original form nor in its subsequent reforms.
The current Statute of Autonomy of Castilla y León consists of a preamble, 7 titles (with 91 articles), 3 additional provisions, 3 transitory provisions, a repeal provision and a final provision.

Elimination of the limitation of the ordinary periods of Sessions to 120 days a year, for which, as in the Legislative Chambers, two periods of Sessions are established.

Question of confidence.
Early dissolution of the Cortes.
Elimination of the limitation of the number of Councils.
