Download the latest Mobile Counter Pro - 4G, WIFI application, version 5.3, compatible with Windows 10/11 (using emulators such as Bluestacks), Android devices. This free Tools app is developed by Invent Venture and is easy to download and install.

Calculation types:
- Standard counting(default)
- Enable/Disable rounding in blocks (e.g to 100KB for session)
- Enable/Disable separately round outgoing and incoming transfer to block of data
- Disable couting outgoing(sent) transfer
Functionality added in pro version:
- More widgets 2X1(WIFI, transfer limits, billing period)
- More widgets 1X1(GSM, WIFI, transfer limits, billing period)
- New styles for notification bar (limit transfer, mobile GSM/CDMA, billing period)
- Transfer used by application (req. android>2.1, unavailable on Dell Streak)
- Export/Import data to SD card
- Billing period calculation
- Option to not counting sent transfer
- Option to set alerts when transfer limit less than ... (in MB) will expire in ... (days)
- Option to enable vibration when transfer limit will be exceeded

Mobile Counter Pro - 4G, WIFI 5.3 APK requires following permissions:
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows an application to write to external storage.
Allows access to the vibrator.
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.
Allows an application to collect component usage statistics
Declaring the permission implies intention to use the API and the user of the device can grant permission through the Settings application.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows an application to read from external storage.

2 ★ The app keeps changing my language! Language changed to Italian then reinstalled to get English back. Then shortly later got an Asian language!?
1 ★ I do not know what's going on with my Smartphone or your app ... I'm using this app to monitor Internet data usage on my smartphone but what happens then? Since using your application, my Internet Data has always been consumed more than 1GB in less than 60 minutes or even 30 minutes wasted. Before installing this application, My Internet data never directly spend 1 gb more in less than 30 minutes. What's wrong with your app? Do you use our Internet data to download our personal information? Very disappointed. Uninstall it. Not recommended !!!

2 ★ So this Pro version only works for 3G/Wi-Fi data usage? The measurements seem different when I compared the numbers measured by your 3/4G Premium app.

5 ★ This works perfectly on gs4 and note3 plus sony xperia z2 tablet .. easy to set and forget and trust it to give spot on results. An app you can trust if you set it up correctly.. if you have problems then its probably your fault and not the apps.. learning how to 'use' it is highly recommended
1 ★ This app isn't for 4G LTE. It shows more than I've got.
4 ★ Paid for full version as thought it was great at monitoring wifi speeds & monitoring usage & by who, but it doesn't do this ... so not sure what happened here.
1 ★ On T-Mobile the GSM count is way off compared to the service provider. So the numbers are not really usable.
3 ★ After using free one i had purchased this but really got disappointed as it's not calculating accurately......waste of money.
5 ★ Its really useful to have this in your phone especially when you have opted for a limited download 3G plan.
5 ★ Very nice visual display of what data is being used. Not verified data transfer limitation yet but this is a nice addition to ensuring you don't go over a data limit. I made the mistake of not uninstalling the free version after purchasing the Pro..... would recommend doing this (my bad!) Nice, working app, thank you.
