DAILY GOALS
View a daily summary of steps, sleep, and combined progress toward the goals you’ve set for yourself.
ACTIVITY IS KEY
See a breakdown of daily steps, calories burned, and total distance, as well as the percentage of steps taken toward your goal.
SLEEP IS THE FOUNDATION
Get details on how much time you spent in deep sleep, light sleep or awake, as well as how long it took to fall asleep and how many times you woke up.
DYNAMIC COACH
Dynamic Coach provides targeted tips to help you meet your activity and sleep goals, as well as analysis of your progress to keep you motivated.

1 ★ One of the worst made apps I've ever seen. It does not let my watch connect, making the watch useless. Please, if you're buying a watch that says it's using this platform, don't.
3 ★ Update 2 (as response to the reply from dev) Since your latest bugfix release the crash is gone. Now there is another issue with sleep page. See supp-1030 & supp-1073 Update: developer seems to have acted quickly and released bugfix. Still not solved completely so I sent another bug report but an additional star for efforts so far. Hope it gets resolved completely App is quite buggy. App crashes after going to sleep page after adding a second sleep period during the day.
2 ★ slightly buggy with connection. my main issue is I have an alpina and a Frederique constant that both use this app. I can add both watches to the app and change between them fine but my alarm cannot be set to an individual watch. very annoying when one is on my wrist vibrating and the other in my watch cabinet vibrating. if you can add more than one watch this should be controlled individually as it will be sending notifications to both watches if in range also.
2 ★ very buggy software. support nonexistent. on my oneplus 3t I need a trick to create connectivity (open app, open BT manager, press watch button, click on watch in BT manager and immediately switch to MMT app, wait for can't connect error, press watch button again, great success) watch settings are displayed incorrectly in the app various crashes Feedback through the app is not possible (network error), contact me at michael42(at)saidin(dot)ch
3 ★ Cannot send feedback from app - complains of network connection which is incorrect. The app loses Bluetooth access, only solved by rebooting phone (Bluetooth toggle, airline mode, clear cache doesn't work). Weirdly the app shows it loses Bluetooth access because the watch icon in top right becomes grey instead of blue.
2 ★ Had my watch for 3 years and have had trouble syncing in the past. Replaced battery in the past. Today it stopped completely. App can't find watch. Played with blue tooth (kept dropping) rebooted phone. Uninstalled and reinstalled app. Unpaired watch in app. Now nothing connects. Very frustrating!
1 ★ I got a new phone and now the app will not connect to my watch. Very frustrating. Not sure why the last update for this app was more than half a year ago when there are clearly bugs that still need to be fixed.
1 ★ After a long walk, i found why it did connect : in my case i need to activate location for the phone AND for the Google App service. question to the developer team : can you explain why i need this ???

1 ★ Wont sync on Frederique Constant FC-285. Poor functionality, zero help - "turn Bluetooth on and off" not really cutting it - no escalation path. would not recommend.

3 ★ wont connect to my frederique watch! SOLVED! I had to unpair the watch from the app on my old phone. It then connected just fine to the new phone. FOR ANYONE STUCK TRY TO UNPAIR THE WATCH FROM OLD PHONES - THERE IS NO WAY TO DO THIS ON THE WATCH.
1 ★ I've been trying to paired it with my HTC U11 and my Samsung s8+ but still cutting off telling me to turn the Bluetooth off / on again but still no hope..wasting time and money useless watch.....
5 ★ I believed it would be easier to wake when it was in rhythm with my natural sleep cycle. But never did I expect to wake up happy. So pleased to have found this app!
