Download the latest HonView Touch application, version 6.7, compatible with Windows 10/11 (using emulators such as Bluestacks), Android devices. This free Tools app is developed by Honeywell Security Group and is easy to download and install.

To receive push notifications, both android devices and recorders have to connect to www.google.com
App permissions
HonView Touch 6.7 APK requires following permissions:

Allows access to the vibrator.
Allows an application to modify global audio settings.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.
Required to be able to access the camera device.
Allows an application to write to external storage.
Allows an application to record audio.
Allows an application to modify the current configuration, such as locale.

1 ★ This app blows. We use it for our business and it was decent before the updates. After the updates it might as well be a still photo camera since the damn video freezes all the time and never loads. Not impressed at all with the app.
3 ★ Its ok, I have two problems with this app. First is that you're never viewing in real time cause there's always up to a 15second lag. Second is you can only view one camera at a time in playback mode. If these issues mentioned were fixed, I'd give this app five stars.
3 ★ Was great but since I have done my update on Samsung galaxy s10 i can no longer see my cameras on mobile data needs to be updated asap
2 ★ Was working until the new Samsung update. Now we can't view our cameras unless we are on the local network.
5 ★ Once you get used to the button layout it works like a champ. The P2P makes it easy to add sites. The ability to view and configure multiple sites devices makes this app more productive than some of my field technicians not to mention the app is free and not on the payroll
1 ★ Since my samsung s10 note+ has been updated the app does not allow live view on a mobile data connection, only on wifi.
2 ★ Everything works relatively well, but none of the buttons have a real indicator of what they do and 2. The big one, I can only playback the last hour...that is virtually pointless
2 ★ Updated my Samsung Galaxy phone to the android and it is frustrating as I now have to get a technician to come out and fix it and it is going to cost me. Had I known about this I would never have got this system.
1 ★ I have a Honeywell security camera system, and this app never works right. keeps saying account locked. I reboot the system, works 10 minutes then locked again. Honeywell Sucks!!! Update: same issue. This app sucks.
1 ★ Crashes more often then not. Spent all this money for a Honeywell camera system and can't log on. I will never buy a Honeywell product again!
1 ★ Cannot connect to or add any new devices with the latest update. 2+ weeks is quite rediculous for a fix from a company of this size.
1 ★ My device disappeared since the new Android 9 update. I tried to add my device again but it keeps failing.. can someone please provide an update to when the app will be compatible with Android 9.
1 ★ Does not work at all. I have the latest Android software and I am constantly getting Failed to Connect. Terrible.
1 ★ Every time an update occurs, the the app itself does not.. I don't appreciate having to contact my alarm companies tech support.. constantly..
1 ★ App sucks when first opening the app the images are frozen. Some times is takes several minutes to catch up.
