1 ★ This application should not have been released. It is full of user interface design issues. They have not bothered to put this in front of a real user to see whether it suits. The dropdown list of lost items is bizarre. How about sending the customer a confirmation email that is actually useful. The email contains no information about the registered item! The app asks you a number of questions, which you need to fill in twice! The app allows you to submit a registrstion, and then leaves you hanging i.e. no confirmation of the suission. Additionally, there are glaring bugs e.g. the colour selector showing 'undefined'. Try this user test case: 'I have lost a plastic bag containing a coat and se shoes' Try it with a real user, not somebody from the devopment team! It is a poor show for Great Western Railway to be associated with such unprofessionalism.

1 ★ F#&!ing useless. App stops. Tried using original mobile website and it wouldnt let me progress without downloading app. Now app.doesnt work. Just another money saving " lets make everyone redundant and stream line the service on line. Diesnt work . cant find the register. Pointless and insulting. Give me my local lost property office back. 😬😬
1 ★ I downloaded the app as the mobile site was so poor. The app is even worse. Delays when you type. Not able to select the place I lost the item. I had to go back and register my lost item through the very painfull mobile site. In error I went to register a new item on the app which is now stuck on that page. It wants a password when trying to leave the page. I have forced closed the app but this has not fixed it. I will have to uninstall. This app needs to be taken down. Such a shame your technology doesn't support a great idea.
1 ★ The serial number field doesn't let you enter alphabet characters. Was this user tested at all? Also when you try to edit a saved missing item there is an error to "enter your email address" with no field to enter it. Forces you to create a whole new missing item request.
1 ★ Was trying to register my lost property and the app kept crashing whilst I was going through the menus to try and register my property. Not ideal if you're trying to find your lost belongings quickly.
1 ★ Terrible app, does not allow registration of lost items due to asking for an email address after registration and login yet there is no field for it! Also the location selection is also flaky. Uninstalled and used the website instead.
1 ★ Every time I try to register a lost item it crashes without fail. Hardly worth the memory on my phone.
1 ★ 10 times I have tried to report a lost item as soon as I get to search it closes what is the point. How the he'll do I get my bag back.
