1 ★ This is a stupid app and I advise people not to use it,it's very easy to top up money but withdrawing money is a big challenge I have been trying to withdraw my own money for over 6 months now, I think this app is a scam please don't use it
2 ★ Always gives the 'You are not connected to the internet' error. Your verification code arrives after the 30 second deadline

1 ★ Takes way too long for the money to appear in your account. If money is deducted instantly from your bank and you receive an email stating your funds have been deposited, why does it take hours for it to appear in your account? It should be applied immediately as it is deposited immediately. Very frustrating
1 ★ They will hold on to your money for no tangible reason, after letting you deposit but not to withdraw your money also learnt they use your money to fund private businesses or projects for self interest to yield the returns, they are more like scammers don't go near them
1 ★ My first one star rating in months but I had no choice. After installation, I spent 2+ hours walking through the app setup over and over again - when I'd press the 'Done' button to complete the process, an error dialogue popped up and to my total frustration, all data that I entered was lost and I had to start again. It also wouldn't let me pick my preferred currency, offering instead 3 currencies of no use to me. Don't waste your time folks. Garbage app!
3 ★ its OK sometimes, and usually fast and consistent for deposits and withdrawals, but what really kills this app is inconsistency. sometimes an etransfer deposit takes 3 minutes, sometimes many hours. they need to step up their consistency. their support system is "OK", no way to contact them except via email and again, no consistency in their support. you are rolling the dice using this app if you are looking for fast, consistent e-transfers and support.
2 ★ No Longer Fit For Purpose. Used to be great, now I just keep getting a log in error saying my details are incorrect. I email support, they respond saying I see you have accessed your app (I haven't) and close the case. I can usually get in once after the email has been sent but then get the same error message. I'm spend up what I've got left in there then close the account. Shame really, they were great!
1 ★ This has got to be one of the worst payment apps out there. It worked just once for me. after the first transaction, the only response I get is "Oops. Something went wrong. Please try again later." Seriously? Using the same payment method? For the record, I tried paying at least 20 times. Bravo! They seem to be in it for just the transaction fees. After that - "Adios Amigo"!
1 ★ No contactless transactions are working through them. So they are closed down as a business. Don't know why they still show up when googled contactless wearebles.
1 ★ I used this app for a while until I moved for a long vacation to another country (where muchbetter still was providing services), and MuchBetter simply has frozen my funds. After reaching customer support a few times, still nothing. I am really frustrated with this app, and I do not recommend it to anyone. The only good thing is that I don't have much money stuck there :)...
1 ★ The name is MuchBetter but it's worse than other platforms. This App keeps telling me oops something went wrong whenever I try to withdraw or send money to a friend even after being fully verified, all my transactions keeps declining. It frustrating. I've messaged the customer service but no response till date. Below is my ticket number as requested. 898308. I'm trusting you guys to fix this issue ASAP. Thanks
1 ★ Absolutely Horrible!! The app won't scan the back of my driver's license, which is needed for verification. I deposited and used money prior to this with no incident, but then all of a sudden.. $40 was held hostage! I've contacted support through email and through the app (X3) and I've had no response whatsoever. Therefore, I deposited money that I can't use online or withdraw. Basically; Customer Service is either non-existent, or just the worst "service" ever and it's a scam! Stay away!
1 ★ Stay away from this app at all costs. It appears to be a scam, and they've left us hanging for a long time, refusing to take responsibility for our funds. This is unacceptable. extremally unsatisfied
1 ★ I have tried verifying myself through my driver's license. My Indian status card. A bill with all my selfies I was supposed to take. But yet you guys cannot seem to verify me. So I did put a complaint in with the better business. Bureau, I'll see if I can get my money that way, and now I read I have to pay a fee to get my money. So essentially, you're doing theft and robbery to people .
