Description
With just one click, you get the knowledge of how to operate the vehicle and its equipment. Explanatory animations, image searches, answers to frequently asked questions and much more complete the app.
By entering the vehicle identification number (VIN), the appropriate model-specific vehicle information is downloaded and is also available offline. You can manage multiple vehicles within the MINI Driver’s Guide.
If you don’t have a vehicle identification number (VIN) then simply explore the MINI demo vehicle.

1 ★ Since the last update I cannot log into the app. I have tried to reset my password & re-register & neither will work. My husband has also tried & is having the same problem. I can see from other comments that I am not the only person who is having this problem ... when are you going to fix this? As it is, the app is useless!
1 ★ Never has the phrase "This app may not be optimised for your device" been so true. It works on a small phone screen, but crashes on a tablet. It's my tablet that I want to read it on, and as well as not crashing, it should be optimised for the larger screen.
1 ★ This used to work without problems, but like so much of the mini online software, is now unreliable. Such a shame that a company like BMW, which builds such great cars, can't get its act together to provide software or web pages that work.
1 ★ Used to be a great and easy app to use. Since the update I have been logged out of the app. It won't let me re register and is constantly saying it doesn't recognise my user name or password! Updated again 17.2.2020 and still having same issues!
3 ★ The app is well-built and clear, but I mainly downloaded it for information about the entertainment system - that book is missing from the car. Unfortunately, in the entertainment section, the app just tells me to refer to the book. I don't have the book, that's why I found the app.
1 ★ Rubbish App, can't login or change password recently. Same rubbish as their other Mini Connected App which has the lowest score of an App I've seen around...You can get the idea, install at own risk
1 ★ Like all the other recent reviews it was great before the update but now I can't log in. Gone from being a 5 star app to a zero star app. FIX IT!!
3 ★ Frustrating. Unable to download onto tap so having to use phone. Does not recognise my new email address despite registering it and when I try to register with a different account it says the account already exists. Very annoying.
1 ★ Abysmal, it's now not working even after the latest update. This is designed by BMW? WOW, don't even deserve 1 star!! Uninstalled. My 10 year old daughter could do a better job.
1 ★ For a vehicle specific manual, it's poor that it doesn't even know that my car has a dipstick. It is also poorly written in some parts , almost as if it has been translated from a foreign language.
1 ★ Despite latest update of 14 May 2020 still crashes after accepting terms and conditions. Still crashes after reinstalling the app.
2 ★ To start using the app, i spent what felt like hours authenticating and opening the app several times. Just to open it.
1 ★ Password reset in app does not work. It will not accept a new password, and the message does not explain why.
1 ★ Pointless doesn't let you login and reset password option doesn't work. Used to be useful now just useless. Deserves 0 stars
