Description
Sleepfulness is full of tried and tested mindfulness tracks to help you not only get to sleep but also improve the quality of the sleep that you have.
You can choose to listen to tracks at four different times of your day: Going To Sleep, When You Can't Sleep, Waking Up & Daytime. And all of them support the quality of your sleep and therefore the quality of your day.
The app contains ten free tracks all designed to help you relax your mind. There are then additional packs which you can purchase for specific needs such as Anxiety, Stress or Brightness.
Alongside the mindfulness tracks the app also gives you additional sleep insights as well as helpful tips and tricks when it comes to getting the most out of mindfulness.

2 ★ Trying to buy the additional tracks but the buttons don't work, so I can't, lol.
4 ★ I really enjoy this app, especially "breathe", and the visuals are very relaxing. I would like some relaxing background music for the meditation though.

5 ★ Bought the full pack and was happily exploring. Tried to play the first track and it just crashes. ..HELP ........Updated ...now sorted ...love it ...though the cards don't appear after I have used a track. I wish it had some way of logging the minutes spent ...
5 ★ After buying a second copy of buddhify (when I swapped from Apple to Android), I'm delighted to see that purchases on one platform are transferred to the other. I'm more than happy to login if it means I can use this app on both my android phone and my iPad. Great meditations: well worth the money.
