Who We Are?:
We too love the chirping birds, a good dawn and most importantly a happy customer.
We grew up, as you did, listening to the clink-clink of bottles, the milkman delivered. Those dewy bottles with cream settling softly on top or your standing in a queue with tokens in hand to take your supplies from the slot machines, they were fun perhaps, but not convenient now.
These days however, with us delivering your morning needs on our rounds, the only sound you'll hear is our tiptoe as we place your order down to your door.
We enjoy a whistle - but only on the way home.
A day in the life of a Milkman:
By the time you wake up, we've done a day's work..
9 a.m. is when we would have completed most of the deliveries.
Rounds complete we put up our feet. We get great satisfaction knowing we've helped make someone's morning go a little smooth while you have a great start to your day.
We deliver Milk and other daily needs currently only in Gurgaon.

4 ★ It is good but recently they stopped Amul and Mother dairy milk and hence you are expected to stick to cow milk from lesser known brands. Difficult to maintain subscriptions with limited options.
1 ★ They are the worst vendors I have ever had to deal with. Keep delivering lower value milk and deducting full amount. Kept giving them chances in the hope they will refund the excess money deducted and stop cheating. My subscription amount is about to get over and they continue with their shamelessness. Contacted their customer service 29 times , left multiple msgs on their whatsapp, even a Facebook comment on their owners profile on Facebook. No action at all. Their customer service is the worst. God knows how they are surviving. I would request all their current subscribers to check their wallet balance after each delivery incase they receive a substitute product instead of the subscribed one. This is my first negative review for any vendor so far. I started checking wallet balance only 3 months ago. Prior to that it was all based on trust that they were deducting the rightful amount. Their days are numbered in this business. I had to come back and edit this review as after reading this play store review they have shamelessly started sending lower value milk packets and deducting the higher amount as a daily affair from what was a thrice a week on an average affair. They suck.
1 ★ Hi milkman team Is there is anyway to reach your customer care? It's been 4 days I have been trying to get the milk delivered at my place. Even tried to order some dairy products none came....i have loaded 1k in the wallet and it's all waste. Pls call me or give my money back. I have written a mail to your help email id...not sure what kind of customer service you guys have....its non existent.
1 ★ They cheated on me, offered free simple but charged me and never refunded the amount..When I talk to them, they just promise a call back but I never received....still waiting for the refund and the funniest part is I was promised two samples but got only one and struggling for the refund.....
4 ★ They used to be great in their service always on time until recently when they abruptly stopped delivering Amul and mother dairy in my area .. really disappointed with this :(
1 ★ One of the most pathetic applications, being there customer for two years randomly they have stopped giving delivery in my location also they have deducted all the money from wallet saying it will credit in my bank account now its more than a month they didn't even transferred a single penny also write them many times very poor response, guy's will suggest not to add the money in their wallet they seems cheater.

5 ★ I S. Chauhan came across Mr. Mikman APP, while i was searching for home delivery services for my daily needs. I down loaded Mr. Milkman APP, the movement I downloaded the APP, I got a Welcome call from Customer Care and explained me about their services , At that time I thought that the services will be same as online shopping but here in this APP we have wallet facility where one can deposit the amount and can use the amount in placing order onetime or on daily basis. Here in this APP we have an option to pause the subscription when not required and same can be resumed. Excellent Customer support , user friendly APP makes every one turn on for Mr. Milkman services. I referred my friends , colleagues for using Milkman services .
1 ★ These people are pure hustlers to sum it up. Stay away. First, I don't get the free product along with the purchase so they send in something else worth its value. Then they go and deduct the amount from the wallet. Time and time you get a leaked packet of milk. Even your local grocery store has better regard for its customers.
4 ★ Milkman has been a very convenient option for me since months now with the timely deliveries and a courteous staff. Products which aren't easily available offline are very easily available on the app. It works perfectly in less than 2-3 mins with a clean layout,clear text,easy to use,excellent categorisation of items and a propmt delivery. Orders can be placed even at midnight for the next day delivery which makes it convenient. Keep up the good work Team Milkman.
1 ★ They are the worst service providers..I have been requesting for the cash collection from past seven days and everytime, being assured that the guy will come today. Instead, I receive calls from their team reminding me the low wallet balance. When i say that I had requested for the cash collection, they say he will come today for sure. Sometimes, if I cancel any subsciption, still the items get delivered and balance gets deducted! They are the worst in the lot!
5 ★ Recently started using the service It eases out my work of outdoor shopping with their great door step service. Lists of items they provide are plenty with variety of brands All in all good service. Looking forward to using it full time.
1 ★ Even after so many calls they are not able to update my Apartment in their app. I don't know what it takes to add a missing place. Disappointed with your customer care.
1 ★ Its so disappointing that even after 10 days of continuous follow-up the team couldn't rove the technical problem of registering OTP. Very irresponsible behavior. Evenafter launching so many complaints no response.
