3 ★ OK, so looks like they have updated the way office 365 app works. You get to 'more apps' from within word,excel,ppt,etc in the lower left corner. Still a bit cumbersome, but works pretty well. Thanks for fixing. Need a way to notify users of this new way of using it. ORIGINAL COMMENT-Crashes, It used to work, albeit very questionable user experience. Then it seems for chromebook users it wont load.

5 ★ Ok my 5 star is because I just d/l and will come back and update review. But after reading/skimming reviews. Maybe WhatsApp fault.this is a light weight app to support editing n easy access on the go. Not cupboard for pictures. Your phone specs not suitable. I am saying possibility ya. Fair warning I do not represent nor am involved in anyway with the developer. I am a stand alone app builder exotic dancer, critic and technology reviewer with own e-commerce site.

2 ★ Frustrating. I am unable to edit documents except, I get the Microsoft 365. My tab is a 10.4. We have a tonne of this at the office for official purposes. Means a lot of people won't be able to work cause, they won't be able to afford to subscribe monthly. Makes no sense for tablets

1 ★ Before it was one of the best. Now it exits and reboots itself, even when I'm working on my documents or viewing other files. This is really affecting my work n progress. Most of the time all my work is not saved and it gets loss. Please bring back the old version which is a whole lot better.

1 ★ I was looking forward to getting MS office back again when I subscribed to 365 on my new android phone and tablet, but it's full of bugs, too numerous to list. Other than the well reported "read only" errors, I found proofing and spell checker tools also don't work. It seems Android support for this product was an afterthought. I left MS products because I grew tired of the constant troubleshooting to make them work. With Office, I'm back to that troubleshooting mode again! Very dissapointed.

1 ★ I have been using Office since its inception. I like most improvements but not all. The settings are tiered and complex. Access to dictionary of saved words is mired deep. Android App frequently loses sync with PC Windows 10 Mail and Outlook for PC when running all three, especially after updates. Sync setting on Android is disabled (gray).

3 ★ There's no keep screen on option and one of my deleted documents from both cloud and local storage is stuck in recent list and it cannot be deleted. But all in all it's really good for reading docs and do some basic editing and gives you access to your documents in all of your divices.

1 ★ One of the worst apps out there. The documents keep closing itself while you insert images in them, reboots the whole app and loses progress. Just for one image. Once you eventually manage to get back to the document it will be duplicated and renamed to a default and half the images will be missing, half gone. The UI looks incredibly old and ineffective. Slow. Just incredibly horrible overall and the worst for emergency cases. Uninstalling.

4 ★ Good but only one thing is that... When ever you open one file it is opening....but when u try to open another file it is closing before and opening second file....add a multi window option so that we can use 3 to 4 files at a time in recent apps to compare data ...like in PDFs open by drive...except this everything is perfect

2 ★ The app is virtually unusable for me, because my phone's dark mode makes my word document painful to read/almost unreadable. I've got standard black text on a standard white background and the text remains black while the background becomes dark gray. I'd be happy to just turn off dark mode for the app, but there's no option to do so. Edit: I've now tried the new option to enable light mode, but it seems to have no effect (even after restarting the app): documents still have a black background.

4 ★ I like this app very much but I gave it 4 stars bcoz when I open any pdf and then close it, it does not appear on the home screen but when I used to open any pdf it appear as many times as I open any pdf and now it doesn't show a single pdf on my home screen. And I don't know if this feature is removed while updating or there is any option. So I want u to apply this feature then I will be very grateful to u. And please apply this feature..

2 ★ Used to be my go to app, recently has kept crashing. Very frustrating as it was great before. Have tried deleting and redownloading and it worked for a few weeks then stopped again. Would be great if you could sort!

5 ★ Exceptional Experience Consistently. Expertly crafted for advanced level research document construction across Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Also is user-friendly making the mastery of each update super fluid. A World Class App for expert and novice end-users.

3 ★ The one thing I don't like is that when ever I use the app and want to return to other apps or home screen the app does something to my phone and o cannot access the home button or the back key. I then have to restart my phone to be able to access anything else.

5 ★ I previously gave this app three stars because there is no dark mode to make it more comfortable to the eyes when using this great product at night. The developer listened to my feedback and responded by adding dark mode feature in the latest version. Five stars!
