1 ★ Slow laggy and messing up. I log into it and it won't count my searches, won't scan my receipts, won't count my mobile or laptop searches. News reads, anything to do with earning points or doing anything of that nature, it just limits it. Wouldn't load pages or stop entirely. Don't load this app, wifi or a good cellphone tower next to you won't fix the problem. It's the app, algorithm or techs that purposely slow it down.

2 ★ It's an okay app but if you're using it to get points for Microsoft rewards, it's a struggle right now. We're time gated to 15 or 20 points every 15 minutes and half the time it doesn't even register it. The news section was broken for me and didn't load the pages for a day. Also this app and the bing app still shows the 20 points for searching in edge, despite us no longer being able to get those points anymore. It feels like they're making a lot of changes and even they weren't ready for it.

1 ★ I keep having to switch between this and the Bing app when I want to scan a receipt for Deals credit, because whenever one app decides to use the newer scanning layout, it almost always fails with an error message that something went wrong. Even the older layout, when I can get it to come up, will sometimes fail with another error message. Cut it out, Microsoft!

3 ★ It's alright, WHEN IT WORKS. I like the daily check in reward and that you can get rewards points everyday for reading the news. However, taking pictures of receipts on the deals page can be quite buggy. Despite updating the app to the newest version, as of 11/8/2023, the deals section is rejecting most of my receipts and saying they're altered/invalid (when they're not). It also leaves my camera with the flash on and won't release it, unless I force stop the app.

1 ★ Frustrating app to use. The receipt scanner is slow to OCR and frequently fails without providing option to type in the data. The overall app is slow and buggy. Hopefully they can remedy this. The Fetch app OCR a receipt in like 2 seconds, and is consistent along with capability to fill in unread data... this bing app is by Microsoft, seems like they'd be big enough to do better. Update: since around new year the app fails to process receipts at all

1 ★ If Microsoft tries to woo you into installing this for the points program, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They will do nothing but waste your time with constant changes to the system that makes it impossible to consistently earn points. Support is terrible, when they can even be bothered to respond. Beyond that, the app is clunky and sucks. Get something streamlined that works like Chrome or Brave. Avoid this pos.

2 ★ Great concept executed extremely poorly. I really want to like this app but it is slow, buggy, extremely bloated and cannot even handle something as simple as remembering your Microsoft login and it keeps asking you over and over and it still doesn't recognize that you are logged in. It oftentimes consume so much memory and resources that makes other applications crash and itself freezes and locks up needing to be forced terminated. It is a rushed product without quality control.

1 ★ This thing has gone to H. It is nect to impossible to create comments. While typing, the comment process fails and takes me back to Notifications. Also, trying to scroll into the last comment or respond to it, the screen flashes with a large font and exits back to notifications. It is EXTREMELY frustrating to use. It used to be great, now nearly useless. (Android 14 Samsung S22U)

4 ★ Works pretty well. Functionality is great, ton of information in one place. My only issue is whenever I'm scanning a receipt with my pixel 8 pro. The camera's freaks out trying to figure out which lense it should use. Which can make it hard when I'm about to capture the photo and it gets all blurry cause for some reason it chooses to switch between all the lenses at random. Other than that. Great app. I'm have the same issue with Snapchat too.

1 ★ Forget getting cashback! Less than 1% of your shopping is auto recognized and added to the ledger as pending. If you send an email to support, you will find there is no way to check the ticket. The support team, or auto generated email, is quick to send an email asking for order confirming screenshots. Upon sending screenshots, you'll find... you will never hear from MS cashback AGAIN, regardless of follow-up attempts. As big as this company is, they should have better support for alll products.

4 ★ I recently downloaded this app & I really like it ! Especially the coupons, rewards and cash back. Just for using the app or browsing thru your Microsoft edge will also count their point system they've integrated. The only issue I have with this app is the quality of the camera when I have to take pictures of my receipts. I thought it was my camera quality but I have a Galaxy A54 & I also use the Fetch app which I don't tend to have this problem.

1 ★ This app is terrible. If you want daily mobile search points, use your regular mobile browser because this thing won't acknowledge them. Most of the articles are ads, there is no way to really curate what articles you see and they constantly refresh so that doesn't matter anyway. Receipt scanning and daily check in works sometimes, and thats being generous.

1 ★ Absolute rubbish. It's slow, glitchy, and unreliable. Shortly after I started using this app, my Rewards account was permanently suspended because Microsoft registered the activity from this app as being a search automator. The Deals receipt scanner barely works properly most of the time, but I'm constantly having to restart the app to get it to function. The news presented is biased beyond belief, and I can't get rid of the junk. Don't bother with this unless you only plan to use Deals.

2 ★ The app was working fine at first but now it has frozen on the scan receipt part. it allowed me to scan three, but it is not taking any more toward the 6 I need daily to get the prize box. It has been like this for a week now. New update, I opened my app yesterday, 11-02-2023. I went to log in and my email that I have been using for years is now not found. I deleted the app, I may reinstall it in a few days and see if I can log again.

2 ★ The general design of this app and its original intention is nice, there are also many features I can use on this app. But I can find some issues about start which severely influence the experience of users. For instance,I can't add my comments with the system keeping saying 'something went wrong ,try again later ' that until now I haven't successfully commented once yet. And sometimes I open start from background, the interface becomes a white screen so I have to close and open it again.
