1 ★ Constant crash ... Every four to seven seconds. I have the 'running in background' off & haven't used the app in the past five days, rebooted phone twice within the past five days. This app is still crashing when it shouldn't even be running. Offline I don't have a problem but once I connect via wifi or cell, it's a constant crash. I have to uninstall this pos.

1 ★ Worst customer service ever. I purchased a movie that never showed up in my library. I went through chat for assistance and they could see it in my purchase history (so could I) so they told me to sign out and sign back in. It didn't work. I can't get my money back, nor can I get my movie to play, and the response from customer service has been to contact chat. I can't get chat again and I don't have time for this.

1 ★ First time renting and using the app and couldn't even watch the movie I rented because everytime I go into my library the shite app crashes.... Everytime, even if i uninstall and reinstall. I did this on two separate phones too btw to make sure it wasnt my device. My suggestion: take this junk off the play store because at this point you're getting scammed.

4 ★ Update: The problem I was having before seems to be fixed. I could not link my fandango account with my Movies Anywhere account but everything seems to be working together in harmony. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because not all movies are compatible with both platforms.

1 ★ 17/25 movies will not play due to a crypto key error message idk what that is also 3/5 seasons of a tv show I purchased will also give me the playback error message after multiple calls with customer service it seems they will not fix the issue and they keep trying to tell me it's my phone and to uninstall and reinstall I do that still doesn't work and the tv app looks to be shut down it used to work but it's pure garbage now

2 ★ Fandango does not care about their phone app at all. They don't update their weekly movie deals and app crashes while trying to view watch list. They own VUDU so you would think they would know how a app should look and be taken care of. Fandango tv app works fine though.

1 ★ Be happy to update my rating when FandangoNow fixes the app. Last week or 2, it keeps freezing/crashing when I try to open my library on my android phone

1 ★ DOESN'T work in android devices of any kind, even brand new or otherwise! Do not bother downloading! It only appears to work on smart tv or firestick.

1 ★ Horrible app. Movies won't even play after downloading, can't get into library without the app freezing. Fix your stuff, Fandango.

1 ★ I paid for mov ou e started to watch it, it stopped said error playback, something about liscensing ? So im not only out my money but my movie as well wat i s going on fandango ?!

1 ★ Newest update from April 1st screwed up the app, can no longer go to the Library option on Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus or Galaxy S21 Ultra.

1 ★ Can't even view watch list or downloads it is very frustrating to be unable to view any owned movies please fix.
