Description
NOTE: A MetroSMART Ride OBD-II device, compatible vehicle, capable smartphone and data plan are required to install and use the metroSMART Ride app.

1 ★ 7-30-20 App is horrible. I have uninstalled and re-installed so many times. Im looking for another service. This app has not worked properly since the last update. It constantly crashes and it is very slow in loading. Im very close to canceling my service. Please change this system to what it was previously.
1 ★ This app has crashed after 2years of using it. I can't log in. Says there's an error on their end when I went to the store to fix it I was given the run around.
5 ★ I am 100% satisfied with it, but it does have its ups and downs. I don't reccomend paying for the wifi, I don't use it as much as I thought I would, honestly just a waste of money on that part.
5 ★ It's very helpful, i love how it shows me exactly what is wrong with my vehicles. It's a perfect way to save money, get your repairs done accordingly etc. I love this Smart Ride device.
5 ★ I Really am happy I bought into this forr $99 it was definitely worth it. They will come and fix a flat tire on my car bring me gas if I run out or tow my car if it I need it and I do believe you get that twice a year and also tells me anything that's wrong with my car if somebody bumped it if there's something wrong with the motor airbags anything so really was worth the money I'm worth only $10 a month I'll say so. Thank you metro smart ride
4 ★ The main problem I have with this app is that the Wi-Fi only works if the car is on. Seriously that is really defeating the purpose of having Wi-Fi in the car. Somehow something needs to be done, so that you should be able to use your Wi-Fi without wasting your gas.
3 ★ The notifications are very slow to get to me & let me know about disturbances, or anything else, & the wi-fi only works if the car is running & thats not what i had in mind with that, & thought i could still use the wi- if i was in range🤔👀
5 ★ Works great tow truck had no problems finding me. Then the price for gas feature saves me a few pennies when I need to refuel my vehicles. Well worth the price as cheaper than pop aying for a tow out of pocket !
5 ★ Helps be aware on how many tines my vehicle actually gets messed around with. And it not being false alarms either. And where my vehicle is at all times.
1 ★ Error message: Device Unplugged!! I bought the smart ride device less than 3 months ago and downloaded this app to operate it. The metro by tmobile rep was very helpful and came out to my vehicle to install and setup the app. Everything work perfectly for the first month. Second month the wifi hotspot still works great and the app still push vehicle status notifications but when i open the app it says "Device Unplugged" so i cant see the trouble codes, gps location or any status communications.
5 ★ Sometimes the app decides it wants to do whatever it wants to do.. over all the app is good, the device itself needs some work..it gets a hiccup or something and decides that my car is no longer plugged in..
3 ★ This app was great at first but lately I've noticed it's real time lag. I'll close my door and normally it would tell me within the same minute "there's been a disturnance". Now itll tell me about 20 minutes later not allowing me to know if my car was actually tapped or was it me when I closed the door during my last trip.
3 ★ This app is great however, the lag time is really bad especially with syncronization to real-time. Also can be a bit misleading. For instance, there will be times that a trip completed will be at one address and when starting another trip will be from a completely different address somewhere in the area.
4 ★ A good start but I would like to see what all it actually checks. I would like seeing more data not just if theres a fault code but everything it checks for in real time
1 ★ Lags like crazy. Information is delayed. Vehicle starts and drives almost 1/2 Mile away before i get a notification. App however constitutes multiple times a day and had been longer this for month and months. Vehicle loss will sho days. Mine recorded logs on May11 th and then reported no activity until June16th. Nothing archived either. Glitches and Freeze frames almost every time i use it. And i use multiple devices
