5 ★ Great app. I love being able to pull up the app to see if I have the movie or not. I am considering getting the paid version so I can download it.. I wish we could create two sets of DVDs on my phone so I could also keep up with my gfs.. Great app please keep it simple like it is..
5 ★ I've been using this app for quite a while and I love it. I have many cds, bluerays and dvds. It's nice that you don't have to do much typing because you can scan the bar code.
5 ★ awesome app. Does exactly what it says it will do, make a list of your movies. It can scan barcodes and identify most movies in seconds. Some barcodes are used for multiple movies, just make sure it picks the right one. If not you have to pick from your list and edit it. Super fast list creation makes this a must for your movie collection.
4 ★ i love this app. i have a massive collection. the only thing id really suggest is for movies like Halloween that have multiple movies in the series(remakes, reboots, prequals, sequals, spinoffs, ect), i wish there was something that could view my movies and let me know if a new one is being released because sometimes i dont find out theres a new Halloween till years later when i happen apon it. or if there was a way that it could view my movie series and let me know if im missing any of them.
1 ★ I've only entered about half of my collection. Suddenly it won't allow any more to be added without the text of the entries turning to gobbledygook. I first posted this review in Sep 2018. As of May 2019 I've had no response from the developers nor has the app been updated, therefore I've uninstalled it.
5 ★ I've used this app for years. I have thousands of movies, so this helps me keep track a lot. Only suggestion I have is adding diffrent media to it. CD's, video games (and each system), books, etc. That would make this app the ABSOLUTE BEST in my book, even though its already my favorite.
4 ★ This is a great app! I would give it five stars if there were a way to upload the correct cover images instead of depending on the limited online database. Some DVDs don't have bar codes or they were on the slip case, long since lost, so it would be good to have a manual way to load both the description and the image.
5 ★ I just recently started using this app but so far I LOVE IT!! I'd recommend this app to anyone who wants to organize their movies! Try it you won't be disappointed. I have a question for the developers. Is there a way to keep the list in alphabetical order and still be able to put numbers by each one? I want to do that so I'll know at a glance how many DVD's I own. I noticed a little problem when I was doing a bulk scan for some of my DVD's. The problem is that on some of the entries the bar code scanner would enter the wrong movie. So far it only happened 2 or 3 times. I used the scanner that your app downloaded for me. I would like to get 1 or 2 of those movies. Is there a way to move them to my wish list? Also the alphabetical order doesn't work as well as it should. Maybe all of these things are updates that you can do. Some to fix small problems & others to make it better for the users of your app. By the way when I clicked on more info about the paid version it didn't say how much the update costs. There's just a place to click & do the update. I kinda like to know the cost before hand. By the way, to anyone considering installing this app ... do it! I still say that you'll love it like I do!! These are very minor problems.
5 ★ Best app I have used for keeping up with what movies I have and dont have. My favorite part is being able to scan a barcode to see if I already have the movie or not so I dont duplicate.
4 ★ Great for keeping track of movies But the slide on the side needs to go! Extremely annoying looking thru your list when POW! the list moves so fast you don't even realize it. 🤬
5 ★ thank you to the Cinematic God's for whoever created this application. A perfectly simple way to catalog and keep track of one's own personal film collection. There's no cost for this app, it includes a barcode scanner so I can easily find any film in my collection without having to do any excess steps of typing, and I don't have to watch any ads or do any special Pony tricks in order to get to the next level of something, and it's not sponsored by any Corporation. It's perfect!
3 ★ Works good for a simple keep track. Just since free, it doesn't give the ability to even get movies in separated categories for easy views.
3 ★ Love it but need a function to search other text fields for things like key words and actors instead of just the title field, I would also love a split title field for multi title sets so it shows the extra titles in the box set in the alphabetical title list (I realise that this may cause redundant data though). A filter for time would be nice as well so search can be limited to the time you have available. If you add these to it you will have a much better rating.
5 ★ I have scanned in over 1,000 movies into this app and there have only been a couple that were not in their data base. After backing up the movies I was able to share the catalog with my wife's phone. I am very pleased with the app and highly recommend it if you have as many movies as I do.
5 ★ Almost Exactly what i was looking for. I've only been using this about an hour so it hasn't been long. But so far, the only thing i would add , would be the ability to see the list made with each letter in the alphabet starting its own page. I feel this would make each section more readily accessable.
