1 ★ App just crashes. Tried to access the website and it doesn't load.
1 ★ Worthless garbage. My insurance made this completely free to use and it's still not worth it. Appointments randomly get cancelled without any prior notification or ways to contact them and inquire about why. Don't waste your time. ESPECIALLY if your insurance doesn't cover it.
5 ★ I work out of state, so this is basically my only option if I get sick. Only used it once so far, worked great. Really convenient way to get meds for something you are pretty positive of what it is.

1 ★ Terrible! Video call is cut off and never work. When you press back it logs you off. Does not retain login info ever!

1 ★ I entered the wrong code for my insurance and now there are no options to fix this mistake or contact support.
1 ★ Well, I can't use the app anymore cause it wants me to an update that doesn't exist. I'm here at the Google play store to update. Instead, I'll write this 1 star review. Unacceptable service.
5 ★ So if you have a problem I just discovered that if you go on Google and Google memd you can go to their website to contact them. They got my insurance added and my copays is now $0.
