Terms And Conditions:

1. The Emergency Module of this App allows you to avail Ambulance Services from Medica Superspecialty Hospital, notify your relatives and sound an Emergency alarm in your current surroundings in case of any medical emergency.

2. Please press the Red 'Press for Help' button in the center of the screen in case of Emergency in order to directly place a call to the Emergency Department of Medica Superspecialty Hospital, Kolkata. Two SMS's would simultaneously be sent to your friend / relative's no's given by you during registration.

3. In case you require to alert your immediate surroundings about your Emergency condition and are unable to speak or move, press the red & white 'SOS' button on the bottom of the screen to sound the Emergency Alarm from your phone.

4. The Ambulance Service is available in Kolkata only and is subject to the availability of Ambulance.

5. The Application is just a means to facilitate access to a service otherwise available in the hospital and by no means guarantee any clinical outcome.

6. Charges for availing ambulance services are as per Medica tariff.

7. By downloading this app you are accepting that by no means the app is responsible for any technical problems or difficulty on your device on which you are using it, which is not limited to virus, software issues, hardware issues.

8. The app emergency response system will use existing telecom services like Internet Mobile Data, Call and SMS with adequate balance to work properly as required/ provided by the telecom provider . Medica Hospitals Pvt Ltd or the app developer is not responsible for providing those services and their availability.

9. The app is another channel in to provide certain services, Medica or its partners, Vendors, Developers are not liable or provide any warranty for successful operations of these services.

10. The App Developer or Licensor Esatech System Pvt Ltd is not responsible in case of any health related issues or mishap due to use of the app and its services.
