Download the latest Iowa Lottery’s LotteryPlus application, version 2.2.0, compatible with Windows 10/11 (using emulators such as Bluestacks), Android devices. This free Entertainment app is developed by Scientific Games Corporation and is easy to download and install.

• Check your tickets to see if you’re a winner using the barcode scanner.
• Use the “ePlayslip” feature to design a ticket for your favorite Iowa Lottery game on the go. Pick your favorite numbers or shake your device to use the numbers generator. Saving your play generates a bar code that can be scanned at any Lottery retailer when you’re ready to purchase your ticket.
• Get current jackpots and winning numbers for all of the Iowa Lottery’s games, including Powerball®, Mega Millions®, Lotto America℠, Lucky For Life®, Iowa Pick 3 and Iowa Pick 4.
• Find an Iowa Lottery retailer close to you.
• Learn about the Iowa Lottery’s latest promotions, scratch tickets and more.

1 ★ Scanner no longer works. It used to and if they fix it, I'll change my review. b The only reason I have this is to scan tickets and now that doesn't work.
5 ★ Scanner works best with light. I was able to scan each ticket and check results. I was able to enter tickets by scanning them directly into the app.
1 ★ CHECK TICKETS function is mucked up. 90% of the time I don't get a result... after the barcode is successfully read there are 3 dots that animate but never get any result. Sometimes if I repeatedly abort and attempt the scan over and over eventually I get a result but my confidence of the accuracy of that result if very very low! PLEASE FIX ASAP!!!
1 ★ I'm not sure what's going on but every time I scan a lottery ticket the app usually hangs just keeps searching for winning I have to uninstall the app and then reinstall it after every attempt to scan a ticket otherwise it just continuously scans
3 ★ When I go to check my tickets to see if they're winners I only get one ticket and then it takes forever to check the rest it takes the picture but just keep spinning and spinning and I'll never gives me the results
1 ★ This app no longer properly scans scratch tickets. It doesnt tell you if the scanned ticket is a winner (good when you get crossword tickets... Which suck). App is going on 20 months since last update. It should be taken off the app store.
3 ★ i often have problems checking tickets they scan but won't read. I can usually read one with no problems but not multiple tickets in a row.
1 ★ Scanning is only successful SOMETIMES at best. This app has the functionality, but it severely neglected - at the time of this review the app has not been updated in 17 months! Surely Google has polices against this - there's been two versions of Android, with a third on the way, since the last time this multi-billion dollar company has invested in routine maintenance for a convenience app for their cash cows (us).
1 ★ It only scans scratch off tickets when it wants. I have had trouble scanning my tickets for MONTHS. IT JUST SPINS!!!
1 ★ This app would be awesome if it would work correctly. I might be able to scan one ticket If I restart my phone but that is it. Please fix.
1 ★ I can't believe this app doesn't work to scan tickets anymore and all the reviews have been telling them for months and still they have not fixed the problem nor done any updates. It really needs to get fixed or they should just delete it all together. They care about getting our money but don't care if we can find out if we won anything. I'd give zero stars if it was an option.
1 ★ Slow, slow, slow. Most of the time I can only scan one or two tickets and then it won't work after that. I have reinstalled the app with no luck
1 ★ Used this app for a long time and loved it! Now, not so much! I have uninstalled and reinstalled on 3 different occasions and still will not give results! Don't waste your time!!
3 ★ The app crashes after i scan just one ticket. In order to scan another i need to totally close and reboot the app, then it will only scan one time before overloading. It's super annoying.
1 ★ What happened to the ticket scanner before I updated it work no problem now it takes forever.Please fix whatever you did.
