1 ★ I have downloaded and reinstalled the app but every time I try to go in the app it tells me that the webpage can't be connected.Help need to put in tickets to get points.
3 ★ Wish I could get my login info to work for my original, account. It won't let me make another account and scan any tickets in the new account...🤔🤔

3 ★ Once you view an item you have to start all the way back at the beginning. And the items arent optimized or tagged well because when using key words in the search box, items dont appear when infact there are, for example, purses available. I hope that made sense. Ok thanks
1 ★ It's terrible EVERY CARD I enter it says unsuccessful EVERYONE AND NOW IT WONT LET ME USE IT FOR 12 HOURS CAUSE SO MANY OF THE CARS WOULDNT GO THROUGH APP IS A WASTE OF TIME!!!
4 ★ Its easy to use but make sure ur camera isnt blurry or it takes forever to scan tickets.
1 ★ Won't open any more. I've lost all my credits. update: 5/13/19. you'd think as many bad reviews as you're getting you'd FIX this app!!! Everyone is having trouble logging in or scanning tickets. Mine won't log in..hasn't since last year! I have to use the Internet to enter tickets, by hand.
2 ★ I couldn't verify my address with the email I made with my account. Another problem with it is when I do a forgot password email, it take it about 10 minutes to receive the email. Then when I use the reset password, it claims it was too late.
5 ★ This App is so easy to use. The scanner system is my favorite part of it, so much easier than putting your tickets in manually. I highly recommend this App!
3 ★ I've had this app since it came out and it has always worked perfectly but in the last week when I try scanning tickets it goes to a blank page with an error box. It's really starting to push me off.

1 ★ Can't get it to scan my tickets. Says put code in rectangle view finder. It doesn't have one on mine.
3 ★ Used to LOVE this app but for the last year it will no longer let me scan scratch offs, it will scan PB and MM but not scratch offs. Please fix this soon
