McDonald's 9.102.2 APK requires following permissions:

Allows applications to open network sockets.

Allows applications to access information about networks.

Allows an application to write to external storage.

Allows an app to access precise location.

Allows an app to access approximate location.

Required to be able to access the camera device.

Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.

Allows applications to change Wi-Fi connectivity state.

Allows access to the vibrator.

This constant was deprecated in API level 21. No longer enforced.

Allows an application to read from external storage.

Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.

1 ★ **Update 07/10/2021**- The latest update has made the app not able to give you deals, rewards, or anything worthy of even taking up space on your phone. Little crazy that I stopped going at all since the app went down. Hope it gets fixed soon, otherwise it will not take up space on my phone. **07/2019**-When I first got the app it had good deals on it, but the deals are not nearly as good now. Only one good deal left now and if that goes away, so does the app.

1 ★ Please fix the update... Ever since the so called update, I can no longer access my rewards or bonuses. I can't see my deals or coupons anymore either. I've ordered several times on the app and my points haven't loaded it just says, "sorry unable to show rewards at this time refresh or try again later." I've tried refreshing, and coming back later and still it's the same thing. I'm really annoyed 😒🙄😐. If you fix it, hopefully, I can change my rating. But until then, you get 1 star.

1 ★ I just want to see what the current promotion is. There should be no reason why i cant look things up on your webpage instead of downloading this app. Also, after selecting a location to order from, it would not save it after selecting. Being forced to use an app makes me actively avoid going to any mcdonalds. Whataburger and braums are the same price, but better quality. Also, they are usually right across the street.

1 ★ Can't get past Rewards screen. The links and other interactables on the screen are too close together. So you can't tap "Join Now". Whenever you try, you either get no response or you get to look at the Terms & Conditions for the state of California. This renders you unable to use the app. Just a thought, but maybe don't rush out updates on a holiday?

1 ★ I loved using this app until recently, my rewards and the deals will not load at all. It keeps saying to refresh and it still doesn't load. I contacted customer service and was told to uninstall and install again, that did not work either. It's very frustrating because I had so many points accumulated that I now can not access! If I could give this app negative stars I would!!

2 ★ The application is generally poorly made. It becomes unresponsive quite often, creating a very slow process for adding more than one thing to your order. After you add your first item, you will have to wait a while while it downloads and ad of recommended items, and then remain unresponsive for a few seconds before you can close that so you can continue making your order. Needs improvement.

3 ★ Sometimes the transactions go through the app, but doesn't register at the drive thru so I've ended up getting charged twice. Then, it's not as quick or easy to get any kind of prompt customer service support. There is no real email or contact info that gets the issue resolved right away. Going the phone route, there are so many different hurdles you're to go through...over something so simple. In short, you experience issues thru the app, don't expect to get easy or quick support or resolution

1 ★ Used this app on a fairly regular basis with minimal issues until the update on 6/20, and ever since then this app has been unusable. Nothing loads, rewards, deals, points...nothing. It makes perfect sense though, why would McDonald's willingly want to give people money off their orders when that means less money in their pockets. At this point it's been almost a month of the same issue, long enough for them to have fixes this issue that many people are having.

1 ★ App was alright. Did its job. It was annoying that they still didnt even start cooking your food till you get there. So its not really convenient. Other places start once you place your order so its ready when you get there. The app has gotten even less user friendly and constantly glitches. Now you cant even access your points or deals. Kinda expected more from such a large company.

2 ★ The app they had before this stupid "earn points" worked perfectly. But I haven't been to McDonald's in 2 weeks and finally went Because they had a good deal. Well I clicked on the deal and it said I had to wait 30 minutes until I could use my next deal. So I got out and clicked on it again and then it said 50. I haven't used it so how could I have used s deal. My mom did it on her phone and it said the same thing! CHANGE IT BACK!!!

1 ★ The app is currently unusable. It wouldn't let me log in to my current accout. It just went into a loop trying to tell me to use Google to sign in then telling me to use email. With a new account, it accepts the verification email then immediately tells me to resend the verification. It won't allow me to sign in, and you can't do anything without being signed in. Unusable.

1 ★ Please fix the app. Since you recently changed the app rewards, it will NOT allow you to click on the "join now" button, so the app is useless! I've tried on 2 different phones, same problem. These phones are android. And since you keep responding to other reviewers who are having the same problem by saying you need more info, I'll tell you, the app won't let us click on the JOIN NOW button. What other info do you need? Please FIX this!!

1 ★ Horrible,has only worked the first day I installed. Even then it was super slow and would log me out. Now won't even let me in at all. It is not a internet connection issue ,since I've tried it with and without and still nothing.Whats the point of having a pointless app? I only installed it because,they were hyping it up at the McDonald's . I thought it was new and so I checked it out. Now I'm seeing it wasn't new,just updated and I'm not the only one having problems smh.

1 ★ Horrible app ever since they added the rewards. Can't navigate to anything after the home screen pops up. So I can't use any of the deals anymore. I'm sure McDonald's isn't in much of a hurry to fix it, since people can't use their deals or rewards now. Maybe they should just give you coupons for the online deals, since it's their app that's broken.

3 ★ For the normal transaction it works fine for me, but when you start to get out of the box, things go wrong. This morning I used the app to order breakfast from my local store, for curbside pickup. It turns out that the store had a broken water line, so couldn't provide any drinks. But the app wasn't aware of this, and let me order what I wanted and charged me for it. The store couldn't fulfill my order, but they didn't have any way to refund the money for the beverages back to the app. It seems like the overall communication process at McDonald's is broken.
