Description
With the Mercedes me connect app on your device, you have direct access to your vehicle at all times. View data like mileage, fuel level and more, find your vehicle’s location, or take action with convenient features like Remote Engine Start and Remote Lock/Unlock.
Primary Connected Vehicle Services:

• Lock and unlock the doors
• Locate your vehicle on the map
• View vehicle data like mileage, tire pressure, fuel level, and more
• Manage your profile and vehicles
• Send an address directly to your vehicle’s navigation system

5 ★ great app! all features work perfectly, plus was able to integrate with Alexa to command to start in the morning, to check fuel range; even to conveniently send a way point that gets added directly to the navigation system, or send a reminder from Alexa that will appear on the MBUX notification area where your phone messages appear (and you can customize your notification preferences from an audible cue and a pop-up on the screen or just silently being added to your notification queue).
4 ★ I like the new update. I don't have errors like I used to. Everything is much more fluid. Minor delays with seeing if the car is locked/unlocked or whether or not it's on. Other then that it's pretty solid. If you asked me last year I would say it was the worst app.
4 ★ Sprinter van now shows the engine running and doors unlocked and open even though the van is off, closed, and locked. Cannot use app to do much of anything since the update. Update: Customer service was able to send a reset signal to my van and at this point everything is working. Will update this review again if anything changes.
3 ★ So the remote start finally works but the GPS location is off. It has my car at a different location from where it's at. Additionally the engine running animation is now missing. I also now don't get a txt notification when the engine shuts off but I do get an app notification. I do get a txt notification when it starts.
3 ★ It could be better. For instance being able to use the five cameras as a dash cam. While driving around or parked for safety features, 360 view remotely, and to have a digital key. In some way the technology on our 2020 Aclass AMG line with mbux is ahead, but behind at the same time. Compare to some vehicles.
1 ★ The application just crashes as soon as the engine start command is issued. This needs to be fixed asap as it does not let the remote start work.
5 ★ So far so good with this app. I have had only one incident where it won't unlock my car. Hopefully it was just a one off. The old app was horrible at locking and unlocking in the past on my older car, I am hoping this is better improved that that
5 ★ Milage range reads higher on the home page vs the trip data page. The difference between them is greater when the tank is full vs when the tank is 1/4 full. It has been like this for months. Please fix.
3 ★ I do not like this app as much since the latest update. Now when you start your car, you have to touch where the 1st number goes, enter your 4 digit code and then you have to hit send. Previously, you only had to type in your 4 digit code and it worked. Please change that back!! Or even better, just let me use my biometric thumbprint to start the car. This app and my ability to use auto start will directly affect whether or not I purchase another Mercedes Benz in the future.
1 ★ It never works correctly, always something else. Like vehicle settings, it says, an error has occured please try later. Or setting changes will not change the setting in the vehicle. For a 100 k vehicle, its a joke !!!
4 ★ Everything works perfectly fine as supposed to be. information is very accurate. Only problem is it is really slow to communicate with the car and complete the instruction. Otherwise it should have got 5 stars.
1 ★ The app has so many issues and bugs right now... so annoying. This is Merc and I paid so much money for a premium car with premium experience! And here I am posting review for a buggy app! The app doesn't always connect properly to the car. Right now, the app says "Missing Connected User Profile". It asks me to connect Mercedes Me ID and the profile in the vehicle... but when I go to do that, it just gives me a totally blank screen. Not working! I am missing many features due to this problem.
3 ★ Every now and then, the app isn't sync'd and says the car is unlocked and doors are open, which is wrong. I just wish the car's remote start wouldn't stop when the doors unlock or open.
4 ★ This was an unexpected surprise with our new GLC300. You get to access several things from the car that I was not aware of: lock/unlock doors, check car info, start car remotely, etc. It does have tons of areas of improvement: open/ close windows, check car temperature and start A/C, etc. Also, it logs out continuously and remove other users. Overall it is a great addition to our ownership experience and it also has a lot of growth opportunities.
4 ★ me connect should have the option to keep wifi on when shut off with out keeping accessories on with outside lights all night , for RV to keep TV's or computers on all night.
