1 ★ Time consuming and issues. Hate it. Not sure why it needs to access info from my phone, I'd rather it didn't. If the internet connection is weak forget about finishing anything. Doesn't always upload into provider portal and it's wasted time waiting for it to do so.
1 ★ this app is horrible! constantly has bugs or won't connect. i have been trying to submit the first page of the recovery process for 3 HOURS and it WILL NOT SAVE. it's always something with this horrible freaking idea of an app. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
1 ★ Poor service slow lockouts frequent doesnt recognize correct password re directs from app entry to web browser to log in w email and password and when it recognizes password (unlikely 90%) redirects again to app where you can finally begin to use the 1970's style poor design.
1 ★ Before the update this app was somewhat good I liked it after the update it's a piece of junk makes you take a picture on everything worst update ever needs to fix it to where it's the old way when uploading pictures I wouldn't recommend this app to anyone with that new update
2 ★ this app takes entirely too long to fill out when the field trying to do a repossession. I need to shorten it down to where it does not take so long to do it. you should not have to take 30 minutes to fill out an app showing the car is repossessed
1 ★ garbage. kicks me off constantly during every single time pictures are taken. not once or twice ....always! app is updated.all the trouble shooting knowledge they have and tell me to delete and re install.
1 ★ The last update I guess just killed what was already a time consuming app. Now after EVERY picture it says "session timed out" so you have to log back in. The bugs in this app are getting pretty effin ridiculous.
1 ★ Worst app ever!! I wont get into it...but its a dangerous app!! And it NEVER works as its suppose to. Now it wont let me upload photos!! Like what in the?????!!!!
1 ★ freezes. try to get support and they dont answer and dont respond to emails. we've resorted to reporting to the banks that require this application. ABSOLUTLY HORRIBLE..EVEN WORSE AFTER THERE LAST UPDATE...

1 ★ This app probably seems like a brilliant idea when you sit behind a desk all day and have no clue what some adjusters have to deal with while reposessing a car. Enjoy your eventual lawsuit!
1 ★ The banks are going to get people hurt try to use this app it don't work off line and they need to add the Library button back because there are a lot of place in Eastern Kentucky that does not have cell service
1 ★ Used to be great. This is the glitchiest app. Everyday is a new problem.
