4 ★ Although it's sometimes a little difficult to navigate among locations, the app is pretty intuitive. The best features are for scorers and reporters. If you are reporting stats live for a game, entering play-by-play is easy, even in a fast paced game. The biggest problem I encountered was when a game is rescheduled to an earlier time during playoffs. Scorers can't check in earlier than Maxpreps's scheduled time. You can't report the early time change through the app. Overall, it's great!
1 ★ App turns down volume to my phone everytime I switch to a new screen and nothing loads. So if I'm listening to music, and I want to click on my high school standings, my music will turn down and I'll just get a spinning screen. Still haven't been able to see the standings. Plus the ability to have anyone update scores is really dumb, especially AFTER scores have been verified and 2 days later people are still changing things. STOP
1 ★ The app won't bring up teams. When I find the teams I want to follow it doesn't show the ☆ filled in, but when I try to follow it the app gives and Error stating that the team is already being followed by me. However, no teams are showing in my Following list, even though I added them before. This used to be a very useful app. I've even been a scorer at times, but the newer update has made it more difficult to find teams and follow them.
5 ★ This app helps me to keep up with the team , I can get updates on not just the games location's but also rankings and stats , for me the most important thing I can keep up with individual players and watch how they are progressing in play , I have a player who does not like to converse about himself so if I want info on him I have to go to Max Prep for the information! 🏈
2 ★ This year has been difficult using this app. Its not letting me check in after I become the scorer until almost after the first quarter is over all season so far. And tonight after I click on live reporting. It kept saying something was went wrong. And restart the app. I went as far as completely reinstalling it. And still didn't work. So I decided to cancel being the scorer so someone else could do it and it wouldn't let me cancel out. Very frustrating tonight.
4 ★ This is a good app, from what I've seen so far. What stops me from giving this 5 stars is that even though I put in my settings to not auto play videos, it still plays commercials. I understand to pay the bills, but maybe have other non-audable/non-video commercials. I also keep getting emails even though I am not signed up for alerts.
4 ★ So, this app is very good, but I could never sign in on my phone. Maybe I can log in on my phone if I use the computer, but i couldn't sign in on my phone. Please fix. Also, I'm a freshman football player for the HHS scorpions, and this app only shows varsity teams. Thats actually kinda disappointing. Please fix that as well, because otherwise there's no point to having this app.
4 ★ normally when I first had this app - there was no problems whatsoever but within the last 4 months or so - it kept saying there was a problem and if i wanted to report it or not which sometimes I did sometimes I didn't - but either way never got taken care of - only happened when I went to the scoreboard for some reason - I've uninstalled it at least 6 times and installed it back after a while each time it worked but only temporarily - then went back to the problem mode every time - so idk - !??
1 ★ App somehow used 750+mb of data over the course of a couple hours just checking on scores from area games. Also the interface for getting around state tournament brackets is jumpy and annoying when trying to look at info for multiple games.
1 ★ The app doesn't work at all, you can't go to a specific thing that you need to change and I had so much trouble keeping score with it.
1 ★ 0 Stars.. Underwhelmed and Inaccurate Stats and Information. My students stats have yet to be recorded accurately. The scores posted aren't even correct. They should fire whoever is not doing their job and allow AI to take over. This is disappointing and looking to be a bias on some level. This effects college prospects and these kids athletic future. This is the second year this has occurred and I'm not going to sit quietly again.
1 ★ Very Bad Information! On 3 different occasions they had the location of my nieces volleyball game wrong. The last time was for her last high school game ever. I told them each time of their mistake and this time how upset I was and their response was "oh well, we will try better" don't use this app
