Description
MHQ also simplifies the mobile coupon experience for adult smokers 21+. Adult smokers 21+ can easily access mobile coupons on their phone and locate a store where they can redeem the coupon. Push notifications can be turned on to receive reminders of when mobile coupons are available for use.
Only one mobile coupon may be redeemed per day, per eligible smoker 21 years of age or older. Mobile coupons are void in MA and where prohibited and subject to change or cancellation without notice.

1 ★ I really hate your app!!! It keeps kicking me out and then it won't take my password!!! This is like the 3rd or 4th time that this has happened!!! Then I have to go through the hassle of trying to call you people, which is next to impossible to get through on the phone!!! I've tried changing my password and then it won't take the new password either!!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! WHY DON'T YOU PEOPLE FIX YOUR APP??? I CAN SEE THAT THERE ARE A LOT OF PEOPLE WHO ARE HAVING THIS SAME ISSUE!!!!!
1 ★ The scanner reader for the reward codes sucks!! It doesn't read or enter any of the letters or numbers correctly so I have to go in and manually enter each one anyway. I would think that this would have been fixed by now 😡! It's very frustrating when the largest companies have issues like these on their apps, it's nonsense really to have to sit there and enter 30 12 digit codes each month because the app feature doesn't work 🙄. Come on bro...Fix that 💩.
1 ★ It almost never opens when I try to get on the app. It constantly gives me issues. And if I do get on, it doesn't remember me and I have to sign in again. Not all the time, but enough that its annoying. A company like yours should at least have a app that works properly for the people that use your products. Jmo, but sorry for the bad review. I hope it gets your attention tho.
3 ★ A couple things I would suggest for the app,I wish it would stop logging me out every now and then for no reason. I would love to be able to use the coupons at any location that sells tobacco, not just gas stations and convenience stores. Finally, you guys might want to limit a number on your suggested items that are point redeemable so that you don't give away more items than what you have in stock. I've been waiting on an item sinceNov last year.
3 ★ I loved the app on my android!! So easy to enter my codes, make quick changes, or buy a reward from points. BUT I recently got a new phone which is an iPhone and it sucks because your app is not available. I now have to go to the website to enter all my codes plus watch any videos. Definitely will not be entering as often. Takes to long to maneuver through the website.
1 ★ Horrible app!!! I have redeemed points for coupons that won't work at the approved vendors on the app's list. When I contacted Marlboro, they were no help. I tried using regular app coupins with app approved locations that also would not work. Marlboro often not even responding to my attempts to reach out for help. Very frustrating when you are holding up the line in a store & just wind up paying full price after using hard earned points!!!
1 ★ Not very happy with the fact you're only allowed one coupon every twenty four hours. I'm going too unsubscribe and delete the app. Its bogus you spend thousands of dollars on their product and then become stingy on how many coupons you can use too save money! It's not ethical. Well they can keep their REWARDS and their products. I'll no longer be their customer.
1 ★ Only giving 1 star because that is lowest possible. Decided to try using it for the codes and mobile coupons in December. Made sure I had latest version. It's now the last week of February and I still haven't been able to get the app to load! All I get is a black screen with white MHQ 21+ and a rotating blue and green circle at the bottom. Tried deleting and redownloading, wifi on/off, location on/off, 4g/5g service. App should load in seconds not still trying to load 15 minutes later. Deleting!
5 ★ Easy to use, easy to redeem points. My only disappointment in this app is the 30 code per month cap. I mean I use the most expensive cigarette product on the market so I think I should qualify for a VIP status or something.
4 ★ Overall I like this APP. The code scanner doesn't work properly, I have to individually type my codes in but it's not that big a deal for me personally. I enjoy reading the monthly outdoor articles and videos and also earn extra points for doing so. I also enjoy the 4 monthly coupons I receive on this app especially the 1.00 off I really like to earn points and order really nice products from marlboro and the shipping is amazingly fast after I order my product I earned from points Not too bad.
5 ★ Love being able to scan the codes and trade for items again! I was so disappointed when they stopped doing the miles! And having the coupons right on my phone is AWESOME! I am always forgetting about the coupons when I go to the store so this makes it much more convenient! Thanks Marlboro!
4 ★ Need paper coupons, either forget to take phone in store or store WiFi signal not good!! No other problem with app; however, amount of points needed for rewards is pretty crazy compared to actual $ value of item if cash. Marlboro Miles in early 90s was cool contest. Camping gear was rugged, quality material. Why capped only entering 30 codes/month? Few months, too late. Ok enter 30 in February? Few more weeks finally enough for Beats 🎧. How, exactly, can you get 1M pts?
1 ★ App doest load it stays at the MHQ page and doesn't take me to the login. Update... When are you going to fix this app? I've seen where others have had this problem now since early December. If your not going to fix the app maybe you should consider removing it from the play store.
1 ★ Not happy! Been collecting points for over a year till I fell on hard times. Was finally able to get back to collecting points to find out because I was unable to scan points for 180 days they took away all my points. 46,250 points and over a years worth of work gone.
3 ★ I have had pretty good luck with the app up until recently. Now I can't log in or do anything. I have uninstalled & reinstalled with no luck. Unfortunately if it is not going to work I'll delete it for good. Sad to see it go as it has been handy for quite some time.
