Description
App features:
* Filter requests based on criteria such as unassigned, pending, open etc.
* View, create, edit and delete requests.
* Perform actions (pick up, assign, close, reply) for requests.
* Work log, notes and resolutions can be added/modified for each request.
App permissions

1 ★ Crashes everytime it asks for location
3 ★ Historically has been a valuable app. They are taking too long to fix the crashing issue. It has made using their product more inconvenient. I've noticed a decline in product support as well.
1 ★ First Time response time/date is not reflecting on the SDP Server if worklog is added via the android app. Which makes the app to not serve the purpose of using the app in the first place. Kindly fix this issue.
