Through this app, the exercise and food habits of the patients will be monitored . Also this app helps the consultant to provide patient education through text messages and video.
Not just that, this app reminds the patients to take medications on time. Also, it helps the patients to record their blood sugar and Blood pressure measurements periodically which the consultant will be able to access and advice the patients.
