1 ★ Terrible user interface and functionality. I placed a pickup order for a store through the app, it went through twice so I was charged twice and the app never even showed I placed an order. I also never got an email confirming my order. You have the money to make a better app cmon.
1 ★ App/site doesn't work. Tried to log in on the app and site four times and kept getting an error message. Uninstalled the app and still can't log back in

3 ★ This is my 5th time installing the app. Every time I place an order, it clears the product out of my bag, but not the total. I just went to get a butterball bomb which is $5 and the total was $98. There was no way to clear that 90+ from my cart. I had to uninstall and reinstall. And this is the 2nd time I've had this issue. Also is a hassle that I can't click on whatever is in my cart and have it take me to the product page. App has potential but has plenty to be improved on.
