No matter where you are in the country, Love’s Connect finds the nearest truck stop or country store location based upon your location, city, state or zip code. Also view distances in road miles, and in just a few more taps, get driving directions too. You can search by highway, on-site restaurants, fuel type, shower facilities and other store amenities.
Professional Driver Rewards
The more you fuel, the more you earn. Check your My Love Rewards points, quickly access your My Love Rewards digital card via the in-app barcode and view your free shower and drink refill credits.
View & Share Digital Receipts
Receive digital receipts for all Pay at the Pump, In-Store and Mobile Pay transactions within minutes of your purchase. All you have to do is scan your My Love Rewards card with every transaction.
Mobile Shower Check-In for Commercial Drivers
Bypass the fuel desk with shower check in at your favorite Love’s Travel Stop with showers. First, be onsite at a location with showers. Then, tap the blue Shower Check In button on the Home or Store Details screen. Once your location has been confirmed, complete the transaction with your My Love Rewards shower credits and/or points. You can also plan ahead by checking busy times at other locations.
Love’s Mobile Pay for Commercial Drivers
Activate the pump from the comfort and safety of your cab with Love’s Pay. Select your pump and fuel, and then answer the prompts as you do at the pump today. Once authorized, lift the nozzle and fuel. You may also add and manage commercial fuel cards in your wallet, as well as view and share transaction and loyalty receipts.

1 ★ Wow. Y'all really rared back and screwed up something good. I had you at 5 stars the app worked smoothly everything was easy to find it was a great job guys. Now it's junk. Seldom does the mobilepay even work if you cannot make it function as easy as the last one it is enough to make me go somewhere else. it was one of the deciding factors in choosing where I got my fuel
1 ★ New/updated app is horrible. Locks up and freezes screen constantly. Old app was plain but effective. This one has been loaded, reloaded and removed. It serves no value other than to put the user in a foul mood. Back to using the Loves card because it just makes life easier than using this extremely poor app. Shouldn't get any stars simply because they took a good and effective app and made a pretty cludge out of it.
1 ★ Their old version was really good and functional,but this new version is absolutely garbage ,it lags all the time and takes for ever to open pages , never mind trying to use my wallet , , please fix the bugs , or go back to previous version. If is not broken don't fix it. Whoever came up with redesigning this app should be fired , literally nothing works and the map is so slow I just gave up using it , I guess it's back to pilot /flying j
1 ★ App does not function. Every transaction has to be called in to add to rewards. OH AND THEY WILL ONLY ADD 2 TRANSACTIONS, THE REST GO TO WASTE Pull up to pump, use start code to activate fueling from phone. Pump activates, fuel dispenses, rewards never get applied. App installed and reinstalled. Data/cache cleared, new loves card acquired, still same issue. go for other fuel providers, Loves isn't functioning with millions we bring it.
2 ★ Something is going on with their store locator. This app as well as my GPS well tell me I've got a loves up ahead and it could actually be anything from a T.A. truck stop to a mom n pop GAS station. Really bad in north and south carolina. I'll go ahead and get my fuel if I need to (and it's available) but really starting to piss me off when it comes down to needing a shower or a hot meal.
1 ★ Not as good as pilot! So why is it sooooooo hard to save truck info. Many many if not all of us use the same truck unit, and same preferences everytime we fuel, so why can't it save that i go so we do t have to enter it every time. It ACTUALLY takes longer to mobile fuel than to get out and use the card at the pump up. That's messed up. Also, ya.. why is the whole app so laggy. Even to bring up monthly deals ... It just spins forever and ever chewing up my data. The pilot app is waaayyyy faster
3 ★ Would be five stars but it has been glitchy since you updated changed it also taking a long time to load like everybody else was saying you need to bring back the old version or update this one to where it speeds up and loads just as good as the old version not to mention I fuel at each love's every chance I get and I do it through the app with take so much more time
5 ★ Needs to update receipts faster. Also, why is it so difficult to get ahold of a person? Messages take forever to get problem across. I have lost many points because it's so difficult. I love Love's, but it gets frustrating!
1 ★ Grrrrr.. new update has hidden the one item professional drivers use most -- initiating the fuel pump. Now instead of a button on the home screen, you have to hunt for the Love's Pay.. through the store.. fuel prices.. all fuel prices.. scroll down to find the small yellow bar. Nice waste of time. 😡
1 ★ App is fine, but after the latest dealing on returning an item, there was a problem. without elaborating, sticky fingers. Only place where the customer is wrong, until proven Right.
1 ★ Sluggish as f'k, the redesign was totally unnecessary and seems nothing more than change for the sake of change...since the experience was not improved. Actually, to the contrary, just moving things around forcing people to relearn the app is not good. You must have hired the same people who designed the pilot app because that's the same BS stuff they do.
2 ★ Lies. Reported fuel prices on the app are wrong (lower). I have never come across this on the Flying J app. I guess it's useful for finding the locations but you can do that in Google maps too. Will be uninstalling.
4 ★ Mostly good. But I have notifications off, yet I still have a red badge saying I have 25 notifications. Going into the app I can't see what they are for, nor how to get rid of the red badge. Annoying.
1 ★ There's NO reason you should have to grant access to location other than when being used. I keep pressing "no thanks" and it keeps popping up. I have location turned on only when being used. That's all they need to know and nothing more.
2 ★ Graphics could be better, map could be more detailed. Routing is ok, GPS could more detailed. Points system is very cheap..
