1 ★ 왜 평점 2.5점인지 알겠네요. 예전에 롯데시네마 앱도 화딱지나서 지웠는데 마트앱도 하나하나 찝어주기 귀찮을만큼 오류와 불편한 부분이 너무 많네요. 어제는 롯데손해보험 사이트 들어갔다가 오류투성이라 화나서 껐고 ㅋㅋㅋ 롯데는 어떻게 하나같이 앱이랑 사이트가 이딴식이죠? 예산이 모자라서 저렴이 하청을 쓰는건지, 아님 누가 그돈 중간에서 가로채는지, 검수하는 담당자가 무책임하고 돌빡인건지, 기획단계부터 거지같은건지... 도대체가.... 하나만 그런게어니라 롯데껀 다 이런거면 진짜 문제있음. 아빠가 롯데oo 오래다니셔서 욕 안하고 싶은데 진심 너무 불편합니다.

1 ★ 5.9. 앱은 끊임없이 업데이트를 요구한다. 다른 앱을 동작시키다가 다시 앱에 들어오면 꼭 한번은 죽고 다시 시작한다. 앱을 외주줘서 그런가 보다 하고 아쉽지만 이해하려 했다... 이제는 오프라인까지 문제다... 오렌지 한박스 배송을 시켰더니, 오렌지 한개가 배송이 왔다. 그럴 수 있다.. cs에 연결하려고 전화를 했더니 연락이 되지 않는다. 점심시간부터 오후까지 계속 상담센터가 바쁘다.. 쳇상담을 이용하라길래... 쳇상담으로 갔더니.. 거기도 바쁘단다. 1:1문의를 남겨란다... 문의를 남겼다. 금요일에 남겼는데 토요일에 답변이 온다. 배달시킨 소고기는 냄새가 난다. 이제는 앱 평가 글자수까지 제한. 4.30. 전용센터에서만 상품이 검색되네요...수정 부탁드려요 4.29. 사전 공지 없이 업데이트 하더니 장바구니 물건은 다 날라가고.. 업데이트 전부터 서버가 버벅대더니... 업데이트 되도 정말 버벅대네요... (상품검색이 안되요) 쿠팡 프레시등 경쟁자 많은데 좀 분발해주세요...

1 ★ 진짜 너무 촤악의 안좋은 앱. 업뎃응 뭘 한건지. 어제밤부터 새벽 오늘까지 주문하려는데 안되고 패이지 너무 늦게 뜨고 검색도 안되고 504 에러만 계속 뜨고 정말 화를 많이 참으면서 저녁부터 해보는데 안되네요. 전버젼이 속도나 디스플레이면에서 100배 더 나은듯. 뭘 업뎃을 한건지 쇼핑하기 더 나빠졌아요. 홈플로 사던가 해야지 속터져서 못허겠네요 주문. 으휴

1 ★ 아이폰은 스크롤이 너무 느리고 안드는 너무 빠르고,,,,
1 ★ 지금 이걸 앱이라고 만드신겁니까? 회사의 수준이 잘 드러나는거 같네요. 일단 비밀번호가 틀려서 비밀번호를 찾아 입력했습니다. 근데 오류가 뜨네요? 뭐 여기까지는 전산의 오류라 칩시다. 그래서 네이버로 로그인을 시도했는데 이 마저도 오류가 뜨네요? 네이버 웹사이트에서는 똑같은 비밀번호로 로그인이 되는데 말이죠. 거 참 신기해서... 여기서 30분을 날렸고... 그래도 집에 가까운 마트가 롯데라 비회원으로 주문을 시도했는데 이 마저도 주소를 입력하는곳에서 구를 클릭하면 시를 입력하라고 나오고 시를 맞게 입력해도 계속 오류가 나네요. 뭐 결국 지번 주소로 주소는 입력했습니다. (이건 너무 어이가 없어서 녹화했습니다 증거로 말이죠) 20분은 날렸지만요. 근데 결국 미성년자라 주문이 안된다하더군요. 그럼 본인인증은 왜 하는겁니까? 비회원 주문을 처음 시도 할때 하는 본인인증 과정에서 그런건 미리 걸러 내야죠...상식이 약간 부족하신건가요? 아님 미성년자는 고객이 아니라고 생각을 하시는 건가요? 그런 롯데가 고객이라 생각 안하는 미성년자는 더 자라 성인이 되어 경제적 능력이 갖춰저서도 롯데를 더이상 안 쓸것 같습니다. 제가 리뷰를 처음 남겨 보는데, 이 앱에서 고객들이 낭비한 시간을 합산하면 앱 개발에 들인 시간 보다 많을겁니다. 진짜 쇼핑앱에 기초적인 기능을 못 수행하게 만드는 당신의 능력에 감탄의 박수를 보냅니다. 그리고 답장을 하실때 복사 붙혀넣기를 하실꺼면 그냥 무시 하십시오. 자동응답은 1초면 될테지만 전 이 글을 쓰는데 30분이 걸렸습니다.
