5 ★ I have used Lookout Security for approximately 6 years & I have never had a problem with a virus or malicious website at all on my phone, tablet, husband's phone, laptop or my desktop. I have always used Lookout Security Premium because T-Mobile always furnished it until a few months ago, so we decided to go ahead & pay for Premium, which is very minimal because it works so well.

4 ★ I really like the back up this app performs. I especially appreciate the security of the heft that it takes someone picture, and locks in to every location. No matter what before it shuts down. Although I live all that I do have a few complaints the insurance shouldn't be so hard to get to replace the phone and the fifty dollar fee that's a little high when we pay $6. A month and payed that without problems for two years the it gets stolen and I have to pay half f what I payed for it..other that that thanks so much lookout for keeping my cellular network safe

1 ★ Have to constantly disconnect VPN in order to load any other apps, email or web browser. It simply freezes my Samsung Galaxy 7 and I cannot load anything unless I disconnect the VPN. Have tried searching the FAQ and help pages for assistance but cannot find the resolution. I would like to actually be able to use my device for something other than a paperweight!

1 ★ App does not work!! At all It added & installed it's extension on its own! I did not add it! The breach reports do show & it keeps closing! Some1 keeps hacking into my phone I want 2 speak w/ a human being not send an email!.If they have my info. what us the purpose of unistalling & chaning my info. every phone I get its tbe samething they all have had lookout! It doesnt make a difference! Im notimpressed w/ your service! Ive had thepremuim! When I can speak 2 a person face 2 face Ill believe

3 ★ I like that helps against cyber attacks... but it prevents me from using other Apps at their full potential.. ie.. some photos/Videos on Instagram/FB SnapChat wont load right away. It also blocks/stall messages from most of the Apps I use.. IG, FB, SC, WhatsApp etc... web pages load very slow, even when I close all other apps.. downloading movies take forever..not to mention streaming...always buffering... please fix this... even when I uninstall the app... it's still active...

2 ★ It was working good and now it seems to not be working at all :-( needs a new update! December 2017 is too long

5 ★ Every1 should have. It told me the date, time, and location of where my SD card was removed.

3 ★ I keep having problems with this app all of a sudden. I can't click on anything in this app for the second time. My phone clicks on everything else but this app and i pay for the premium service. I am getting annoyed with this. Its a huge inconvenience.

2 ★ Doesn't work well on my Samsung J7. I've been getting scams and disturbing messages, never had to deal with before. Manual updates doesn't work unless I turn off security. Recently searched the web and the site kept coming in a different language that I did not recognize

4 ★ I have liked this app for years. Just need you to do one thing. Make it so once we read a breach report that the notification goes away. I have had a persistent notification for your app, on the app badge, for about a year now. It is annoying.

5 ★ Great job developers! I highly recommend. The app is not only scanning and protecting from harmful apps and malware; it lets users keep up with the latest data breaches and if you have the app, what you can do to minimize any vulnerabilities. A big bonus- no adds!

4 ★ I'm just learning this app so I don't know the ins and outs of it yet. I am curious as to whether or not it will take care of my security problems. It seems to have done just fine with scanning. And screen protections. there's so many different features that I get a little confused on which ones I've done and which ones I need to do.

2 ★ I reviewed the original app. The same with the extension. This app is killing my data and battery. I am about to un install and see what happens. Been using this service since I got a new phone and tablet like 2 years ago...

3 ★ I have a question about the app! Why or is it necessary for the app to display over other apps that I'm using when it says it may change the apps behavior or the way the app works? Have had this app since 2015 on another phone but I never gave it a rating. 3 🌟 for now!
