Description

Logistrics On Call is a full featured mobile work request origination and real-time field fulfillment management network solution for General Contractors & Home Service Companies, their independent Partner Field Service Providers & Customers. It enables these companies to auto-dispatch requests to registered suppliers based on pre-determined criteria for delivering the approved services to them or their customers & is received on an Android smart phone or tablet used by Mobile Service Providers/Drivers. Customers or Contractors can also create a work request via a branded mobile app using any smart phone. The Company can view the status of the field fulfillment of work orders in real-time end can view real-time status and be notified of expected date/time of service fulfillment. Typical services covered include HVAC, plumbing, electrical, towing, roadside assistance, etc. The solution brings together clients, the companies who generate these requests on their behalf and mobile service providers under the Logistrics Network driving incremental revenues, cost savings and operational efficiencies besides providing real-time visibility to all the parties in the chain.
