1 ★ This app is cumbersome and annoying. Despite giving it permission to use my fingerprint to authenticate, I have to fill out my password, name, email, and work affiliation every time I go to use it each day. And the way the survey is constructed graphically is not user friendly.
3 ★ The shuttle tracker has never worked for me in the app and it is a major inconvenience considering it is the reason I downloaded the app. However it still has nice features.
2 ★ It's fine for what it is, but what I don't understand is why I log in and have a profile, but have to manually enter my information such as name, phone number, and email address every single time I want to complete a health check for school. It seems pretty stupid to have an account, login, and still have to manually enter all that stuff. I'm just not impressed and I just can't fathom why it was designed this way. Such a waste.
1 ★ This app utterly destroys your battery life. Despite not using my phone most of the day this app took up 25% of battery usage. This app might be useful but it's power draw is way to high.
4 ★ Works great for my tenants. They are able to access our emergency procedures and send our dispatch center pictures or texts if they aren't able to call. One thing it needs is if you have permissions, able to access the LiveSafe dashboard when your desktop is down.
1 ★ App randomly stopped working, I've tried deleting and reinstalling and it is still staying stuck on the loading screen when I open the app. It worked great until about two weeks ago
1 ★ I don't get any notifications. All notifications sounds are active. Not really useful when you work in downtown Minneapolis during this big trial & the unrest of recent events!!
1 ★ Maybe you guys need to hire professionals who create apps. After putting some of my information it gives me an error code, and it seems that it's happening to a lot of others who are downloading the app.
1 ★ The app worked well for about 4 weeks, then stopped opening. It stays stuck on the intro loading screen, consistently reloading.
5 ★ Love the safewalk feature. The app is great. When I see a security or maintenance issue and was able to report it to the right place with a click of a button. The app is simple to use for even the technically challenged.
3 ★ Wonderful to discreetly communicate with security but no notification to tell me they are asking for more information on how to respond. Notification sound would be awesome! Please add.
5 ★ After the last update it had to sit at the looping loading screen for an extremely long period of time. After doing that it now loads normally.
3 ★ I,always be safe at school,home and work and I will learn to be safe on the road until I get a license,reliable car and never text and drive and keep it eyes on the road and I always be respectful,responsible for grownups and helping others out and I always where I am,who I am then call for help.
1 ★ Everytime i try to select my location (west point) after registration, the app crashes or states to try again later... Ive been trying again for 2 days now.
1 ★ Clunky, for an extremely simple questionnaire, it fails so miserably every single time.
