2 ★ Very disappointed in the app Constantly will not connect to my storage or even to view the camera. Needs work or I may need to return
1 ★ Fix the app people. I have a camera that I can't use now.
1 ★ Not supported by Android Pie. No response from Littleelf. Returning camera for refund. camera logs in , and syncs just fine . Get 3 seconds of clear live view before it distorts itself. Like censoring in a movie. Logged on with friends I Phone works fine. New Android 9 Pie. Not so much.
1 ★ Stupid app. Keeps giving me "Cant connect to server" error. I just wanted to throw the camera in the bin it annoyed me so much.
1 ★ Worst app ever. Doesn't matter how good the devise is if app doesn't work. I would recommend not to buy and not to download app. App worked for sometime and after that stop recording into memory card. There is no way to turn off IR sensor. Why? I record it behind the glass and it glares bad.
2 ★ This app works fine with the camera for real time viewing, but even with sd card inserted and motion turned on, it will not play back history; even when receiving a motion alert it indicates no video. And app requires force close to stop after opening the app. This week the app disappeared from the phone entirely, so assume will have to do the setup all over again.
2 ★ Logs me out the app as soon as I close it. Don't receive movement notification. Not very good record options. No option to turn IR off . I have another camrea from littelf but runs on a different app called littelf smart . That app is much better . I have tried linking this camrea to it and can't. Why have to camreas from same company but need 2 apps
1 ★ Camera will not remember the focus point. Everytime I open the app I have to readjust the lens back to focus area. By that time what ever I heard in that area is gone by the time I readjust the lens. Have had email telling me things to try, none worked.. Will not stay on point once you leave the app.
2 ★ works pretty much as expected. big problem is app will not fast forward. misses most activity with motion sensitivity set to 5. this makes it difficult to review history. better than other cameras and apps already tried.
2 ★ Worked on day one. Then app stopped recording and saving alerts. Id get a alert notification but no alert would be recorded. Does not let me get into help screen. Cloud settings screen purchase history nor orders. Wouldnt have wasted my money if id known the poor quality of the app consistancy.
1 ★ Came with (very short) micro USB cable, which I thought was fine for charging. But it does not charge! You have to physically wire an extended USB wire to keep it on. If I'd known that, would NOT have bought!
2 ★ Unable to connect with Hughes Net? I have tried everything possible, even had two tech guys come to the house with no luck. Worked good when I had my old internet provider. ??? Can't get any support all calls are to China, I called only to constantly get a phone recording.
1 ★ Now that the 30-day free trial has expired for the cloud the app will not let me sign up.every time I click on it the app closes and reopens but will not allow me to sign up for the cloud. I also never did get the SD card to work.
1 ★ The app times out every minute or so. You have to keep going back into the camera which is so irritating especially considering we use it as a baby cam. You guys should really look at this.
1 ★ Not easy to register, and when you finally do, you can only connect one cel at the same time, and the other device is deleted from the app... Absurd.
