1 ★ The delays make using this app unbearable. Information about the delay only shows up when you're about to pay, and even then, it's often inaccurate - the delay will often be even 3 times as big as what the app tells you it'll be. Save yourself the nerves and just go down to your local grocery store and grab something, or you'll find yourself sitting and waiting for ages on an empty stomach, while the "estimated delivery time" clock in the app keeps adding more and more minutes to itself.
3 ★ The app is laggy on a flagship and the requests are often super slow, sometimes saying something couldn't be added but become added seconds later. Missing items descriptions. They're giving out free delivery codes on Sunday but it turns out you can only use it once, even though you can add it to your promo codes. The idea is great though.
5 ★ Update: The Updated UI / UX is super good. Good app for fast delivery. Above 70zl no delivery charges. Good for ordering water and drinks and other grocery items. The item list is still low compared to others need to improve the list of items to have more items.
5 ★ Service was great but app crashes after few minutes of using and it's super slow. It seems like it's trying to render all available products in given category as opose to only render what's needed. Fingers crossed for app improvements as otherwise experience was great.
4 ★ The whole process was very quick. I would give 5 stars, but I wanted to check one product's description and it was lacking, and also I bumped into some confusing message and screen while paying, but it worked correctly anyway.
1 ★ This app is a joke, I was waiting 45 minutes for the order, even though I live just 200 m from their warehouse
5 ★ Fantastic service and couldn't fault them at all. If was to suggest an improvement then I would want more vegetables and healthy foods, apart from that keep on doing this amazing service.
1 ★ Keeps blocking payments and prices keep changing from when i add to basket and proceed to payment. Have been trying to buy few items for over 10mins with different cards and is not procesding by just giving 'undetermined error'
2 ★ I could do maybe 10% of my usual food stuff do buy with this app - very small amount of products. If you all in for unhealthy food (snacks, alcohol, sweets etc.) then app may be useful, otherwise waste of phone storage.
5 ★ Great app! The delivery is usually pretty quick. I'm just waiting for them to add more vegetarian options for "ready to eat" foods (like pierogi ruskie, or margarita).
4 ★ Been using the app from last two months.. very fast delivery. But the items are less that's why 4 stars. Need to put more vegetables and ready to eat items in store. Free delivery above 50zl is added bonus.
2 ★ UI is terrible, looks like no shared guidelines between screens, performance is bad, elements looks inconsistent and about to fall apart.
1 ★ I've been your favorite client for over 5 months. I stopped going to biedronka and other shops and bought everything with you. Today I noticed how much you overpriced the products you sell. It's extremely expensive!!! I did a comparison, I checked your price for 13 products with lisek and in biedronka. SAME PRODUCTS!!! With lisek it was 72 zl more expensive!!!! I'm boycotting you!!!!

5 ★ Fantastic solution, especially for introverts or for the bad days when you really don't feel like going out. Quick service, nice delivery, I am positively surprised!
