5 ★ I cannot read the articles because it keeps loading up. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it and cleared the cache. To no avail. Fix or I will uninstall it.

3 ★ This app is great and informative. However, in my experience, two things could use a tune up..... 1.The video screen does not rotate to view in portrait mode. 2. The obituary section should continue where a person left off after selecting a certain obituary. It's annoying that you have to start from the beginning of the leading obituary. Think about the update guys and thank you.

1 ★ This new update is trash compared to the old app. The only thing they fixed was the annoying auto play on video/audio. Its far less user friendly and actually provides less content. Bummed out and missing the old version.

1 ★ App keeps stopping,,,read a story go back to read another one ,,it stops and have to reopen to read another one...don't recommend full of bad reviews since the update ..I recommend the guy in charge of web be demoted to paper boy

1 ★ I've always found wkbn apps to be finiky n never can find the tv app on the app store or get it to work once I did find it. Love the news hate trying to access it through anyone of their apps..

1 ★ App quit working. I get a message to update this app and to click here. I click on here to update, but there is NO update.

1 ★ Reporters are terrible most stories are not accurate,I only keep the app for local weather reports which are usually wrong as well.If it wasnt for the live stream radar(so I can see for myself)I would've deleted along time ago.

5 ★ Great to know current activities in the area, especially the weather for driving and the latest information for the Covid pandemic.

4 ★ We love being able to get the local radar any time however I did not enjoy getting all the porn emails because I entered a contest thru the website. I do appreciate the upgrade it took several months to get rid of the porn site adds and I won't make the mistake of entering another contest but it is still nice to get the weather report.

2 ★ I have had this app for years, and now all of a sudden it stopped working...all i get when I open the app is the news logo. I hope this error can be fixed soon

1 ★ I hate the auto play on every article. The noise is annoying and is distracting when I'm reading the article. If I want to hear the broadcast, I would have watched TV.

1 ★ all your videos have to load every 10 seconds. please take the time to address this mm b no reason what so ever I should have to wait 2 minutes for 10 seconds of video to play every 10 seconds. It's frustrating and I'm about to delete this app because of it

4 ★ Great app but live broadcasts are impossible to watch, they stop and buffer constantly. Hopefully that will improve soon. Installed other local news apps and so far this is the best one. 👍

4 ★ i miss seeing Your WKBN over the air. I installed an over the air outside antenna when Direct TV dropped it. Now with the tower being replaced I look forward to seeing it live and on the air again. Having live stream news is valuable to me, thank you.

5 ★ Love this app. Get up to the minute news and weather notifications. Best news station around.
