1 ★ Worst app in the history of apps!!!!!!!!!!! I recommend that you guys fix the problems on this app especially the one to log in. I entered my email which is very much valid, but this stupid app keeps telling me to login with a valid email. Now because of that, I can't pay my bills on time. Waste of space!! This doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating. 😤

3 ★ A lot of negative reviews. I wonder how this app got a 5 from some people. It cannot be used to pay bills for me but another review says it works. At least i can see the services that i have. So it looks like this app definitely has bugs. Now i can pay bills

1 ★ I'm not seeing the point in this app, I cant get a proper readout of my actual bill and the services I'm paying for, people need to see the break downs of everything or are you purposely attempting to hide it? Why have a tab called bill history that only shows the total amount owed, there needs to be more detail and breakdowns and why is there a higher bill amount being shown in the app but when I ask a CSR it's less? This app needs alot of work, I wouldn't recommend downloading it

1 ★ I gave 1 star for the effort of creating the app but it is obviously not properly developed. This is seemingly a waste of space on your device for every day it says updating services or even if you get to log on, you are not able to access the contents. If you try accessing the contents, there are times it causes the device to restart which makes you wonder 👀. Let me not forget to mention that Trying to make payment to the account through the app is not working properly either.

1 ★ The app sucks. Keeps logging me out. It used to accept my debit card for payment and now it's not accepting it. My card is not the problem because i use it at other establishments. Flow needs to fix their app because it's frustrating.

1 ★ Idk what happened lately but i beleive ever since the upgrade, this app has earned the title of "the worst app ever". First of all I am unable to log in. Each time i enter my credentials i'm kicked out or directed to entering my info yet again!! I am really annoyed and inconvenienced as this is my primary source of viewing and reviewing my bills, making payments etc. Fix asap

1 ★ This is app is so stupid. I got in the first 2 times and now I can't login.. uninstalled a few times reset password and still I can't get on to see how much my bill is... And when you don't pay ontime or in full they suspend ur services. This is just slack flow you need to do better.. you can do better....but all the Interest is in getting peoples money.

1 ★ The fact that your unable to download your bill, even after they say you can is annoying. I'm not surprise as none of your services work as they should. If I could rate it zero stars I would.

1 ★ Can not see my account information. Once l log in keep saying "we are currently having difficulty retrieving your information please try again in a few moments". Not good. I even tried going through the website directly and same problem. Please fix ASAP!! 😭

1 ★ Horrible! The app keeps logging me out, it requires multiple attempts to log back in and it takes forever to load anything.

1 ★ Something is wrong. Worked perfectly lady year gr April I can't access keeps saying wrong email wrong password. I've deleted app on recommendation fr Customer Service nada too frustrating now..FIX IT FIX IT

1 ★ The app was working fine I dont know what was done to it but I cant sign into my account. Says email is invalid or gives error. Get persons qualified and know how to build apps to do this. I cant use the app to pay my bills and I ahve to waste an entire day inside flow store waiting. Even the wifi is service is bad. Evrymonth I have to pay $175 for wifi my home I can't access the Internet. Have to use data. And they are saying I have o buy sime additonal device to get the internet

1 ★ This App is terribly unhelpful. It constantly logs you out. It doesn't load readily. I can't see usage in terms of calls made. I have always been a My Digicel App user and there is no comparison. Get it together FLOW
