Download the latest Neon Signs application, version 1.1.20, compatible with Windows 10/11 (using emulators such as Bluestacks), Android devices. This free Art & Design app is developed by Relaxing Moments and is easy to download and install.

Description
If you have always wanted to have your own neon signs, now you can with this app.
There are several pre-designed neon posters that you can change as you desire. You can modify the letters of the neon board, as well as the colors of the lights and the images that accompany the signs. You can customize the templates in your own style!!
Make the adjustments you need until you get the final poster, or use the ones offered by the app by default. You can make a screenshot on your mobile of your favorite sign and send it to whoever you want.
The neon lights are animated and have sounds to make it realistic and create a cool ambient.
Enjoy and live the neon signs as you never did before. There's even a neon open sign.
Note: The alphabet is only latin and does not accept letters with accents. If requested, they will be included in a future update.

3 ★ Suggestions: + Text in small letters. + some more color options & fonts - remove background keep only text for better look. + Pls add nice fonts and also in small letters + Golden color fonts Let app screen open vertical now it's horizontally opening + More colors like dark green, purple, gold, silver, red No background please only text will give better look
2 ★ I used to have this on my LG6 and loved it- but now on my new Android it only displays in Landscape mode and I don't like that because I have arthritis, and it makes it difficult to hold. Too bad. Uninstalling.
4 ★ Would like to be able to edit a bit more, font sizes etc. A few more choices of shapes would be good too. Otherwise I'd have given 5 *
3 ★ Would give 5 stars but special characters such as "/" don't register. Comes out as "?" instead.
1 ★ Awful! I thought this was going to be something I was going to be able to create neon signs or projects. It's not. All it is is 10 pre loaded sayings on them - of which you can't edit any text. You can however sort of change the color to a select dozen pre selected colors. Once you are "satisfied" w your design you are then given options to save it, or share it. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! 0 STARS JUST A WASTE OF YOUR PHONE SPACE!
5 ★ This is a very fun app! Perfect for making your own neon sign animations that you can export to gif. I like the bright blue and pink colors to give it that 80s look. Suggestions: I wish I did not have to turn my phone sideways to use the app. Also the files are 2 to 4 MB which are too large to text. Most phone service restrict attachments to 1 MB. So I wish we could select the output size. Would be nice to see a moon and clouds symbols. Otherwise great!
5 ★ I really like this app. Thanks, Developers! The only question I have is concerning the save function... When I save it to my gallery, it only saves an image of it, not the actual animation (the flickering). Am I doing something wrong, or can this app only save still images? Thanks!
5 ★ Exactly what I was looking for! Perfect for my blog posts. Thank you dev for making it free and so easy. I love the customizations and intuitive UI. I will be buying ad free to support. The only thing I would like to see added is a few different backgrounds/walls to choose from.

5 ★ Great app , but little more features to it like font size , alignment etc , otherwise a great app
3 ★ When saving you're image the neon border is not saved just the writing, so it should be called neon letters, because it does not look like a sign. Also there is no way to change the background image always black brick effect. Change these and it would be a brilliant little fun app.

1 ★ I want to use it as a live wallpaper, i have an app to set gifs as live wallpapers installed and these neon signs are exactly what i was looking for but for some reason there's no landscape signs, only horizontal
