1 ★ I am again disappointed. I originally was using this app on my ipad and have had problems. I had read that it did not work well with ios. when i had to get an android tablet for work I thought ok now I can use lifeway for my bible study. Again I am having problems. Everytime I try to enter notations the app stops working and I have to restart the app.

1 ★ I thank the author for an app to read purchased comment but app does not respond well at all on Android or iOS platforms. Links don't often take you to supposed link content. iOS version has literally a 30 second or so delay on scrolling. Basic features to make reading function as expected and necessary are badly needed.

1 ★ I don't know how this app looks because it doesn't even let me log in 🤔😑 It says unsuccessful even though I'm sure my username and password are correct. Looks like it's a known problem. I can use it on my computer but that REALLY defeats the purpose of getting it in eBook form since I can't read it on my phone.

4 ★ Update (Original post below). It's almost like the app programmers read my review and acted accordingly! Can highlight now, works smooth, much easier to navigate and operate. It almost works too good now, and flips back and forth between sessions in the Gospel Project a little too easily. But good job on the improvements! Much easier and friendlier to use! Cannot highlight or make notes, extremely slow and dragging. I've had issues with this app from day one... It never works smoothly. Maybe it would do better on Apple products (I'm an Android man). Very frustrating that I am forced to use this app if I want SBC/LifeWay material electronically. Don't go this route if you have any other option.

2 ★ I purchased the e-book thinking it would be a PDF, but you need to access it through the web portal or the app. I am unable to log into the app. Please provide a pdf version or fix the app

1 ★ Even after recent update the app won't open books in my account. Previously it would crash, allowing me to send a report, now it just clocks on my Galaxy Note 5 as though it's about to open the book. I've left it sitting as the display spins but never get to the book. Now the app not only has no way for me to initiate feedback to the programmers, it doesn't even crash, which would let me send data about the experience so it could be analyzed. Poor user experience on top of poor performance. Code defensively; provide for the unexpected & give me a way typo provide feedback that's better than having to use Google's store.

1 ★ Purchased a book and can't login to view it. Should make the books downloadable to use with whichever e-reader I want too use!!! Very disappointed

1 ★ 2 years, 3 book purchases and I have been able to read about 2 pages. This app does not work. It spins, it spins, and it spins some more. Waste of money on the books, missed the studies being done, and out the learning I was really wanting and needing. I would not waste my money or time.

1 ★ Bought book for bible study. Was prompted to down load app to read book. It will not let me log in. Doesn't recognize my account info. I'm having to us the other option to read my book. Wish I would have just bought the real book instead.

1 ★ It appears to be unstable and very slow, try to highlight or add notes and it completely closes. I would rather use a stable reader than be forced to use this one.

1 ★ Can't log in with my Lifeway ID. Pointless to have if it won't let me log in like I can on the website. I will echo another reviewer that the formatting of the reader is terrible.

1 ★ I bought a book from your bookstore not knowing i would have to download it to this app which has a horrible rating and now have no idea how to get it on your app to be able to read it and there is nowhere i can ask for help🙃

1 ★ Unable to login to account. My login information works fine online, but says it is unsuccessful in the reader app. Please fix.

1 ★ Wordsearch & LifeWay combined companies and basically none of their apps work. Cannot login, update, sync libraries, TOTALLY USELESS & Julien, tech app tells you to keep deleting & reinstalling when he already knows apps are garbage because even he can't login even after password resets.

1 ★ Can't even log in. What a disappointment. Now I can't do my reading at work on my break.
