Description
This is Pixel Experience Dark, an LG Home+ theme for your LG G8 ThinQ. This theme is a premium quality theme like no other Home theme+. What you see is what you get and that is quality and attention to details! Unlike any other Home theme+ you will get some third party additions! Get ready to enjoy true dark notifications!!!
No need to run a third party theme system any more, just use the system theme chooser and you can enjoy all the benefits of an advanced theme system.
Known issue with music app navigation bar. A work around is to use the app navbar apps and set the navbar for the music app to #202124 to match the rest of the theme. This is a system bug that LG has yet to address and all dark themes that have adaptive icons will have this. This is the only work around.
This theme has unlocked features that were previously locked on some devices. Adaptive and dynamic icons are retained as well as the ability to choose more icon shape options! I do recommend that you select the circular icon shapes as it seems to jive nicely with the theme.
This theme does not include custom wallpapers. I found that the default seamless wallpaper just works so well with this so there was no need to change it as in this instance it would take away from the theme. Future themes will include this however.
To apply the theme simply go into settings/display and select themes. From there select Pixel Experience, and push apply! That's it! Simple, easy and quick.
Please note that refunds will not be given for installations on non LG G8 Devices. As the title of the theme clearly indicates which device this is for.
This theme is also meant to run at the highest resolution. Lowering your screen resolution may cause some elements to not look right. If you encounter that, simply increase your screen resolution.
If you run into any issues please send me an email directly instead of leaving a poor rating. Often I am very quick to reply (unless I'm sleeping and you're in a different time zone) and great to solve any issues. The review system is not meant to be a support channel!

3 ★ Many notification icons and text are still dark over the dark panels making them near impossible to read. I like it for the most part but I wish some of these bugs would be addressed.
5 ★ an amazing theme! I stand corrected about the notifications being hard to read. all it needed was a simple reboot and now everything is perfect!
4 ★ It was fine while it worked, no real complaints. The Android 10 upgrade has "broken" it, but the newly included Dark Mode for G8 has negated the need for it anyway. No diss intended to the author but it works much better this way having proper support.

5 ★ Changing to 5 stars as im sure its a great theme for the LG G8 model. Be aware that this theme (as of this review) will NOT work on the G8x model. Great developer and very responsive. If you have an issue, dont assume the worst and just reach out to him.
5 ★ I have been searching for true dark theme for a longtime. Every other out there could not turn the notification panel black except this one right here! I am impressed. Remember to reboot after applying.
