1 ★ App is terrible. Use the website if at all. I'm kind of regretting even using this company.
1 ★ They imply one thing and do another. There service is to difficult no matter how easy they make it sound. Save your money. I highly recommend not using legalzoom. I paid for licensing services they implied they would do(but won't) they are going to tell you what you need and ask for more money. DO NOT USE LEGALZOOM. THEY DONT GUARANTEE ACCURACY.
2 ★ App definitely doesn't show current information, I've been in the process for over a week now, from the website and everything is great, I definitely wouldn't purchase anything though this app but it would be nice just to view my progress and possibly my paper work after my DBA and sellers permit is filed.
2 ★ I purchased the LLC March 19...at one point the app said that there was an issue with the state...but now I have uninstalledand reinstalled the app, but the app says there is a purchase required. I've tried to reach legalzoom a couple of times in reference to my account and the status, bit all of the animated circles the system leads through is extremely prohibitive in the process.
1 ★ They will take your money, give you the wrong forms, talk to you over the phone to assure you everything is good, let you show up at the courthouse looking like an absolute fool and then blame you when you want a refund. Still haven't gotten my money back, got accused of stealing new forms that I PAID $65 AT THE COURTHOUSE, and waste your time. DO NOT USE LEGALZOOM, GET A REAL LAWYER.

1 ★ Used them once, trying to take $500 2 years later. they won't stop charging my account because I don't have one with them anymore as I sold the business over a year ago. I never even signed up to have them take the tax payments yet here they are, trying to take it from my bank account 2 years later. And of course they refuse to help me because I'm not a customer. I'm going to have to change bank accounts since they went to Visa to get my new credit card number. Worst corporation ever

1 ★ Purchased a product awhile ago and the app still states to "purchase a product". Unfortunate considering LegalZoom was awesome in establishing my S Corp. Please fix because this app seems useful.
1 ★ Why LegalZoom sucks: Their business model is horrible. The attorneys and tax consultants are outsourced and paid per 30 min call. They could care less to do anything for you but have a conversation for exactly 30 minutes. You could be mid-sentence and they will cut you off and tell you time is up. I have also gotten completely wrong advice many times, likely because they want to run through the calls as fast as possible instead of actually trying to help.
